Wings are very good. Lots of beer choices. Plenty of TVs.
So sad here for the last night. Not sure why they are closing. Great wings and a fun place to hang out with old friends.
We love Arooga's bc there are so many different options of food and drinks to choose from. There's always something for everyone, staff is friendly and definitely a kids favorite! Definitely try the ice cream cookie!
I am glad that we decided to check out a restaurant near the casino. We vowed not to give the Mohegan Sun any more of our money, so we wanted to dine elsewhere. We stopped at Arooga’s. It is a small chain of sports pubs. The food was good, but our server, Crystal, made it spectacular. She was animated and funny. She made suggestions and was spot-on. Our friend Craig challenged her by saying “surprise me” when she asked for his beer order, and then again when he ordered wings. She rose to the task. We asked her to take a picture of the three of us. She cleared the table, brought a candle, and managed to get the perfect picture. She was delightful! We tipped her very well. She was THAT good. She walked away with the folder but came back immediately with tears in her eyes. She hugged each of us with gusto. She made our day!
Drove by many times on the way into the casino. This time we looked at the menu online, very nice website. Good amount of vegetarian items. Had the pierogi's, chopped salad which was excellent even in March. Impossible burger was great, fries were good. Service was prompt and friendly. We shared the cookie sundae for dessert, sweet and tasty. Will return and try more items soon.
The food here at Arooga's is delicious. Worth the trip. You have tons of choices and a wide variety of drinks that go's with it.
If Your on the mood for sports action or if your a sports fan like we are this is the right spot to be at.
Came here twice this visit service was good wait time, none. Staff was friendly and helpful. On top of the game. Food was good both times. Did not have to wait long for it to be brought to the table. Plenty of TVs to watch sports, car show or what ever you want at your table. with the Smaller TV.e
EXCELLENT ENVIRONMENT GREAT FOR ALL AGES TV’S EVERYWHERE EVEN AT THE TABLES KEPT MY TODDLER BUSY, HUGE MENU...THE MENU WAS SO BIG WE WERE ALREADY PLANNING WHAT TO EAT THE NEXT TIME WE STOPPED IN !
Very large brand new sports bar many many TVs very large and inclusive menu place was clean and well lit food was excellent service was good I highly recommend this place to anyone.
You never know what you will get in terms of service but the food is always tasty. More times than not service is great, but there is those times of slow, eh service
Pretty good food. Huge menu. Solid beers on draft. Tons of huge TV's....
