I have to say, having Bobby Flay's name attached to it made me have really high expectations. I admit my expectations were not met because of it. With that said, it was a well above average burger. They provide several types of sauces to add to your burger at each table, and those help set the burger apart. I have it a fairly high mark because the value (quality burger for just over $8) is extremely rare.
Decent Burgers. My husband and I visited for a quick lunch today. I ordered the Palace Classic Burger, and got it "crunchified," and my husband ordered their burger of the month, which was a "Canadian" burger with white cheddar, canadian bacon and a maple mustard sauce.
I enjoyed my burger, but it was nothing special. Just a good, basic burger. The chips that were added didn't add much flavor, but they definitely added the promised crunch. My husband only thought his was okay; he did not enjoy the mustard (which he says was not very maple-y).
If you're in the casino, this is a good spot for a quick meal. Our burgers were out within 5 minutes of ordering... We are moving to the area, and have decided they aren't worth going out of our way for.
Just Great Palace Burgers. We really loved Bobby's Burger Palace when spending an afternoon at The Mohegan Sun. The quality of the meat was amazing and the choices to make a delicious and unusual burger are why the Palace is so unique. Everything about the restaurant is different but efficient. I loved the special sauces for the burgers, potatoe fries and onion rings. The dinner was cooked to perfection and it comes out nice and hot. Service was good and the prices were okay..

My sister and I had the L.A. Burger, simply delicious. The avocado relish is the best thing ever slapped on a burger. Price is more than reasonable for the price. Also, the retro style of the "joint" was fun. This is a great alternative to the usually overpriced eateries at the casino.

During our weekend at Mohegan Sun , Bret and I got to share some delicious meals together. The first was a casual lunch at Bobby's Burger Palace . I recently read that a Bobby's Burger Palace is opening up in Burlington but this didn't stop me from trying it out at Mohegan Sun. We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday afternoon. The place is very casual. You order at the counter and they bring your meal over to you when it is ready. The restaurant features communal tables and diner-style counter tops that zig zag down the room. Since we had 6:30 PM dinner reservations, we didn't want to get too full so that we wouldn't enjoy our dinner. So, Bret and I decided to split a burger and two sides. We settled on the Santa Fe burger topped with queso cheese, blue corn chips and pickled jalapenos. The burger was cooked a perfect medium with a beautiful pink center. The bun was fresh but a little flimsy. I personally don't mind less bun with my burger but I didn't love the sogginess
So good! Went on a Saturday night so there was a long wait but it was well worth it! Onion rings were as big as your face and coated perfectly, the fries were crispy and tasty - both sweet potato and regular. Burgers were cooked exactly how we ordered. 😊
Only taking a star off for seating. They sat our party in a straight line instead of across from each other so we couldn't all gab. We did get to meet the people across from us, so that was fun. The Cactus margarita was strong 😝😉
First visit. We had burgers, fries and onion rings. All food was yummy. Service was fairly quick and staff was friendly. Only complaint is my mother ordered her burger medium well and it was less than medium. When your specialty is burgers, every one should be cooked perfectly.
Tried BBP before a concert and we were not disappointed! The burgers were cooked perfectly, I got the Bacon crunch burger and my husband got the classic. The undecided was more than enough for 2 people. Fries were great but the onion rings were large and crunch! Dipping sauces were a bonus. The pistachio shake was amazing, but next time I'll get the lemonaide. The shake was so filling I couldn't finish my burger
:( the lemonaide was perfect not to sweet and perfectly lemony! When I'm at Mohegan Sun again it will be a return trip here. Oh and if you are in the military, all about their military discount!
This gem is in the Mohegan Sun Casino. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is like any other casino. We had the Brunch and L.A. burgers with the Undecided (ries and onion rings) and it was all delicious. Perfectly cooked burgers to our liking and the fries and onion rings were crisp to the taste. Then finished it off with their infamous milkshakes (cookies n cream and vanilla). Fantastic place to eat with great service!

Burgers were cooked just right and were delicious. Probably the easiest food to get at the casino. Value is just OK, fires should really be included.
On May 15, 2022 gone with friends to eat at Bobby Flay Burger Palace while visiting for a day to gamble at the Mohegan Sun. They have different types of tasty burgers to choose from the menu. The atmosphere is great, clean. The staff are friendly. Good for families, friends. I highly recommend coming here to eat. Happy Eating!

Should be 4.5. Keeping in mind that this place is in a casino where EVERYONE else overcharges and they don’t is just fantastic. The burgers are about $11-13, fries are like $5 and a soda is like $3.50. I’ve spent more on less at shake shack and five guys and it tastes waaaaaay better. I’m never disappointed here and almost always choose here to eat than anywhere else in Mohegan Sun simply for the price, how fast the line (usually) moves and the food is pretty damn good too. Also, if you’re a fan of red peppers, you gotta try the fry sauce.
This place definitely gets full points for atmosphere and customer service. The associates were friendly and my food came out quickly. I had the veggie burger and while it was good, it wasn't great. I was expecting more with something that had Bobby Flay's name on it. It was certainly filling and I'd recommend others to try it, but I wasn't amazed by it.
At @mohegansun there are a variety of price point restaurant options, but when you're there strictly for business 🎰 you don't have time for an hour+ dining experience. Go to @bobbysburgerpalace for cheap and quick service with quality that will surpass your expectations. (Bonus: vegetarian friendly)

Pros: If I had to recommend one over the other, I'd go Dallas burger again. The green chile was good and I loved the pickled onions, but the Dallas just had a little extra in there. Spice-crusted burger, coleslaw, Monterey Jack cheese, pickles, BBQ sauce. Service was super fast. Worth note, the vege burger got the clean plate award from my vegetarian friend.
Cons: If you get the Undecided with onion rings, you will only get 3. You will want more than 3. You've been warned.
