Mcdonald's

The employees pretend as though they can't understand English which is clearly not the case. I asked am employee if I could plug in my autistic son's portable DVD player to keep him calm while eating in their establishment. A must with the behavior issues that come with autistic children. She pretended as if she couldn't understand me until I screamed my question. Then all of a sudden she understood English perfectly. The manager was evasive. I attempted to discuss the issue but was brushed off with the manager walking away before I had even finished speaking This McDonald's doesn't even have trays which I'm quite sure McDonald's can afford. I will not come back here. It's so important for businesses to be accepting and accommodating to families of children with special needs. I would give this McDonald's a negative stars if possible.

Thos store is actually inside the Walmart and is always clean. When I worked a morning shift we would stop in here all the time because they are so much faster than the other one close by that has a drive thru. I've been in here enough there are two or three ladies that know exactly what I want when I walk through the door.

Excellent fast friendly service. Order taker was quick and friendly, and accepted my payment with out incident. The second drive through window employee fulfilled my order quickly with no errors. I had a quick enjoyable experience. I will definitely keep coming back to this location. Large orders sometimes result in having to pull up and wait, but not last night. Thank you for the quick service.

If I could give this zero stars i would i had came in and asked for a decaf coffee and they gave me cold coffee that was not decaf and i had ordered a regular hamburger and they had put a bunch of ketchup it was coming out the sides like i had to throw it away also i had told the employee about my coffee and she sarcastically said “really?” And walked away I’m very disappointed and I won’t be coming back.
