Taco Bell

Before the remodel this location was pretty good but since then every time I go there my orders always wrong or I’m missing something. Also several times I’ve drove up to the speaker after sitting in line for 10 minutes they’ll come over the speaker and say oh we’re only taking cash right now or we just cleaned our grill so we can’t cook for another 20 mins. I will never go to this location again because it’s that bad.

Very rude staff. They always say sauce is in the bag and most of the time it's not. Then when asking for sauce they are always rude and only give a 4 sauces for 12 tacos then have to argue with them just to get a few more sauces. I called the district managers number that was posted on the window before and he was so ready to get me off the phone he didn't care about my complaint. This is the worst taco bell location in town. Wish taco bell could get some real competition so maybe they would step up their customer service.

Good quality Taco Bell food. Staff was friendly, got kind of loud when one worker got there, I think he was making stuff up about his check and also a dog idk. Service was quick and I was dining in. Food came out fine. There were tables that had trash and food stuffs on them from previous customers so that was kind of lame but I found a clean spot

I got two crunchy tacos and when I unwrapped them there was no meat at all so I took them up to the front and showed the employee and she pointed out a tiny bit of meat at the bottom there was less beef then cheese... Eventually I was able to get two new tacos but I am very displeased by being told that there is meat on my taco when there is more cheese then meat. I will not be coming back.

Ordered a chalupa craving box got charged full price but only got the chalupa by itself not even in the box it was just on a bag on its own and "missing the other taco & the churos" and they didn't give me a receipt so that make me think if they do this often to people ...my first time with taco bell at this location on 5th st 64 🤔... 9/27/21 8:29pm🌙.

WORST TACO BELL IN TYLER!! I usually go here because it is closest to my house & I have wasted so much money here I will never be back. This place always messes up the simplest orders, taco shells are stale & the refried beans are the consistency of play-dough, yes u read that right… The last few times I have ordered bean burritos the beans don’t even stick to the tortilla and are so dry/old that they stay where u put them… What happens when you ask for something extra or a supreme? they will charge you but not put it in your actual order.. I attached 2 photos of my most recent order, a basic bean burrito. I would hardly call this a burrito and the beans were so dry & old I couldn’t chew it. Not to mention the mystery substance on my tortilla. Gross. Sorry excuse for a Taco Bell.
