Mcdonald's

I have found that McDonald's like many other restaurants especially fast food is closing their dining room early. It's 9:00 p.m. and as you can see you're dining room is supposed to be open till 11:00 but it's not. Thankfully I'm able to order on the app to get the items in which I came here for and have them brought curbside

I was not impressed at all with my visit tonight at around 8 at this location. I get that there are kids that are working at a fast-food restaurant, but if they want responsibilities and make their own money, then they should be looking at their actions behind the counter. I would not be throwing food around and at each other while preparing my order. Also, I do not appreciate that the manager was partaking in the “food fight” behavior. As well as the vulgar language being used behind the counters. Props to the guy that was actually doing his job and keeping up on the cleaning behind the counters, kudos 👏

Thanks for the food poisoning McDonald's on Addison. How you may ask do I know it was that...... A little after 10:30 I went and got the 4 kids happy meals at McDonald's and got me just a chicken sandwich with no lettuce because I hadn't eaten at all yet. I took 3 bites and immediately knew it didn't taste right. I didn't eat anymore. About 2:30 I started feeling sick to my stomach. It felt awful like when they pump air in your stomach for surgery but like 50 times worse and I was having bad cramps. I couldn't eat or drink anything after that. I just laid around feeling like garbage. About 20 minutes ago I got super queezy and ran to the bathroom and threw up so much. Thanks for the food poison McDonald's. 🤢

Purposely Closing Lobby at 9:40 instead of 10 or 11 om as posted. Purposely closed Lobby when they have a door dash delivery, would not let me in to get order. Made me wait in drive thru then when I got to window told me that the fries where going to take five mins.. again another merchant who plays with delivery drivers. Jealous much! Haha. If you cause people's food to be late and cold your not hurting delivery drivers your hurting yourself.

I'm not one to usually complain, but seriously annoyed. Did an uber eats order. Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my kids and myself a meal. I received my order and my kids chicken nuggets are missing from the happy meal! Called and they said that there was nothing they could do to fix it unless I came to the store and got the nuggets myself...really? Or they could give me a free happy meal on my next order..no I want what I paid for. I don't have a vehicle today, so I didn't just order through ubereats for nothing!

Just want to say I give them a 4 because tonight went through drive thru ordered 2 big Macs customer service was great as usual. Got home and opened my box and the burger was all over the place patties hanging out buns to the side barley any sauce was pretty dry. All thought I come every day in morning and always satisfied.

Sitting here eating my meal and when I got it there were no napkins. Had to go ask for some because they didn't put any in my bag. Fries not very hot. Said I was staying, got my meal with no tray, had to eat on a napkin. Will definitely never come here to the Addisson Ave place. I ordered the 3 deal offer and was asked if I wanted a drink. They were going to charge me for the drink making my total price over 4 dollars. In my meal I only got the nuggets and gries. Why I was going to be charged extra for the drink is a mystery. Will recommend to .y friends to stay away from this place
