Shari's Cafe And Pies

I had a great time here. Though it was late and getting some what closer to closing time the staff treated us so well. I was able to enjoy an extremely helpful waiter, who had a great energy. The food was amazingly delicious. Seriously I have not eating Shari's this good for a while. All while the cost was very fare! Further more the place was very well kept and clean.

Pretty standard diner type place with a wide selection of pies. Serves breakfast during all its business hours. Fast and attentive service from Rebecca - she was great! Food was kind of generic but pie was good. Food is very reasonably priced. Floor could have used a vacuuming but tables are clean. Sign on the street says open 24 hours but a temporary sign out the door says that it's currently open only till 11:00 on some nights. The food is great, but could be better if the server is a lot nicer. For whatever reason she wouldn't even look at us in the eye. She only focused in one person. My mother in-law was so disappointed. I don't normally give negative reviews but the last time she was rude to me too when I ask if we can sit the corner. She said, she was saving it for 6people and we only have 4. It would've been ok except the way she said it with the tone of her voice and body language. The point is and whole time we wore there they have two 6seated table were empty. 🤔😏🙄

Claire is amazing! She was on top of things even with us having 6 kids. My 11 year old asked her if he could have one of the meals with no eggs because she was allergic. She told him absolutely and even made sure they didn't put butter on his pancakes without us even asking her to do that. That's customer service right there! Thank you so much Claire!!!

What a gem to find in the iconic Twin Falls. I visited while on business and ended up there 2 nights in a row because u was so impressed. Very great quality committed to simple, homestyle dishes. The loaded hash with the breakfast plates is a must and you'll want to explore this whole menu. Of course, save room for pie!

I was shocked at how filthy the parking lot and entrance to the restaurant was. Our party of five was just about to turn around and leave but decided to stay. It's not that the food wasn't good, it's just that there was gut much of it. The prime rib is very thin and fatty. The bowl of soup was about the smallest serving of soup I've ever seen. We were disappointed. The waitress was very nice.
