Subway

I went through the drive through, and the girl was so rude and was so confusing. Which I get it, it can happen. But to be rude? I know fast food sucks, but if you can’t handle it then simply don’t work in fast food. After I get my sandwich the bread was burnt! I even took a photo of it. My husband called the manager and the manager didn’t even care. All she said was come back for a new sandwich. Which it’s like for a manager you should care to improve, but this clearly wasn’t the case. This is second time I go and get horrible service. Highly recommend to go to a different Subway since twin has a lot, and better customer service then this location!

It's great when you go inside. Don't do drive through. The guy was nice, but I think their speaker is messed up or something cause I was the only person there and asked for chicken strips and somehow they gave me a spicy italian. I'm very confused and kind of wish I didn't bother trying the drive through. Their parking lot sucks as well. They're the best Subway in Twin though, so. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When I walked in I was greeted by a girl that was a wreck from head to toe. Clothes were dirty and hair in her face. She put gloves on but began to pull up her pants and touched her clothes repeatedly before making the sandwich. She began to tell me how jacked on coffee she was and that her eyes were probably dilated because of it. It was so awkward all I wanted to do is leave. But being nice I pushed through. Not sure if it was drugs she was on or what, but overall a very unprofessional experience. I won't be going back.

The two girls working today with snotty attitudes could do a better job if they weren't so anxious to go sit on the floor in the drive through. I have no interest in eating a chipolet wrap that's still ice cold from being in the cooler. Coke machine spraying all over making a mess and upon informing theme they say we know and continue sitting on the floor...I love subway, but these two ruined my opinion and I will not return to this location

I went through the drive thru and the lady was cracked out and smelled horrible and my sandwich was a steak egg and cheese when i asked and she repeated bacon egg and cheese the sandwich was sloppy and had 6 slices of tomatoe! On a 6in and spinch everywhere and i was eating it cause i didnt feel like going back and i found some hard thing in my sandwich. I dont know what it is but it does look like maybe a tooth fragment?? Im so disgusted i will NEVER go to this one again.
