Went there Saturday, the 28 of May 2022. Wanted to try that new burger.
After waiting over 20 minutes for our order, the fries were luke warm at best. The burger was nothing special. Way over priced. It was not hot and the middle was raw.
We normally like Arby's. This was not a good experience.

Would have given 5 stars, however, the girl at the drive thru window was not professional at all.. She kept laughing uncontrollably and screeching for someone to "stop it!" We couldn't understand her half of the time. Other than that, the food was delish as always!

This place has really gone down hill. For the price I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Every time something is cold, not available or tastes terrible. I recently got a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and it was just awful. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were questionable, chicken was dry, and there was waaaay to much sauce. For almost 10 bucks for a meal I absolutely regret it and couldn’t finish the sandwich. Done with this place until quality changes are made at this location instead of just cosmetic upgrades.

A lot of the food tastes great. Although some of the options aren't that appealing or appetizing, the food still tastes good. The staff there are good at their job and are friendly.

I have their wagu Burger and I wasn't really thrilled about it. It's not what everybody made it up today. It was not as juicy as everybody said it was overcooked. I really didn't care for it I won't be going back for another one

This location does not do happy hour specials ($1 sliders), and you have to specifically ask for napkins. Roast beef doesn't look nearly as good compared to other locations. Employees are nice but this franchise sucks.

Sandwich was good. The curly fries looked like they were scraped off the bottom there were some whole ones on the top but the rest were just pieces and ends with some crinkle fry pieces thrown in. threw them away before I thought to take a picture

Ordered a beef cheddar double along with other things. The beef cheddars had about a teaspoon of cheese and no sauce. Made it hard to eat due to it being so dry. Was not the first time but did the benefit of the dout..
