Short staffed but they did well keeping up. The pizza was fresh and tasty, the salad bar decent, the restaurant tables and floor were clean. I'd love it if the pizza buffet was open longer hours. Finding one type of pizza that works for the whole family is tough so we enjoy buffets where we can each get our own favorites.

Called for delivery was told they had one driver and would be a bit. Hour and a half. We were okay with that we understand staff shortage- when I called at 2 hours they said 20 more min. - called at three and a half hours and they said it wasn’t even made yet. - this has happened more than once to us and after ridiculously poor service while dining in a few times - we are done with Idaho Pizza. Definitely poorly run here in Twin Falls.

Grandkids chose place, was disappointed with salad bar only had lettuce olives and dressing. When I asked if they were going to refill told out of stuff. It was my fault I didn't look first but really ! Pizza was good when we finally got it but sat over at window for 10 minutes I heard the bell multiple times when the kid from the kitchen finallybrought it out. I understand short staff but we were the only one still dining in.

I’ve been to multiple Idaho Pizza locations. The food was good here but their salad bar was by far the worst out of all IPC locations I have been to. Very few options and the lettuce/topping were room temperature.

We hosted our sons 5th birthday party here in their party room. The pizza was great, the room was clean and very cool in this summer heat.

The pizza was pretty good and the size was great for the two of us. We both liked it and would go there again.

We were hoping for the buffet, but we made due with the menu, made to order. Spinach in the salad bar was on the sad side. Pizzas were great, buffet drinks were still available. A bit spendier than other comparable pizza joints in the area but strong supporters of our veterans, thank you.

I placed a order today for delivery it took over two hours and still wasnt here. I literally had to call and cancel and go somewhere else. Quite embarrassing really for these guys because normally they are really good but something has changed somewhere and isnt the same service it used to be.
