Jimmy John's

I have never been to Jimmy John's before. Had the opportunity to dine and DAMN .... THAT WAS A GREAT SANDWICH!!! Andi AND Zach were patient while I was making my sandwich selection and were professional, courteous and their customer service was IMPECCABLE! I will definitely be back! I give them 5 STARS AS I WIPE MY MOUTH FROM EATING THIS EXCELLENT SANDWICH! SALUTE TO EACH OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE DOWNTOWN RESTAURANT!

I came in late, after work, to get a late sandwich/dinner. I got there and I learned that they were out of Salami and Capocollo, so I was disappointed. The lady making the sandwiches (I think her name was Sosa) was in the middle of making a "Sosa Special" and it looked amazing... so, I asked her to make me one, and I LOVED IT! Not sure what was in it, but I know there was spicy peppers & turkey and a few more meats/ingredients. "Sosa" knows what she's doing. I'm glad I came in, instead of ordering delivery.

Downtown Jimmy John's has one of the best sandwiches I've eaten! Mandi and Zach put together a sandwich that had me reminding myself it's rude to shove food in my face like I was eating for two or coming off a long fast!!! I ordered a Billy Club and it was DELICIOUS! The service was fast, friendly and served up in a very tidy establishment located in the heart of downtown Tulsa just a few doors up from the ever eclectic Nelson's Buffeteria I miss so much! Way to go Jimmy John's!!! You nailed it! Thank you Mandi and Zach you made my meal! This is the the cleanest, freshest, absolute best Jimmy John's I have ever eaten at. I don't like Jimmy John's, but my family does. Finding ourselves hungry and downtown, we opted for Jimmy John's. I cannot stress how tasty my sub was, to the point I am looking forward to going there again! The staff is super friendly. The restaurant was so clean! Even the bathrooms were clean and dry. I couldn't be any happier with our dinner selection.

From OKC, I called restaurants near the Hyatt Regency requesting to feed 55 students and faculty in 50 minutes. Everyone had excuses why they couldn’t except Zach Rooks. Zach was professional, gracious and excited to serve!! It was “all hands on deck” when our “mob” arrived. He previously asked for our orders, so all boxes were separated and labeled with each name. Food was fantastic…fresh and delicious. It was so fast that the kids had time to eat and visit. We all had a blast! Zach’s team provided the best experience we’ve had in my 5 year tenure with this high school orchestra! Thanks again and again!!

I ordered my favorite sandwich and they had it at my door within 15 minutes. The only problem was that the driver had no change, so I ended up tipping $11 on a $12 sandwich, but they credited some of that back to my account. So I'm happy. Just be careful Jimmy John's downtown Tulsa, because there seems to always be a few things wrong with each order.... but it is always delivered fast and taste good. Thanks for the effort, because I know from experience, the food service industry is hard.
