I am giving it 4/5 stars (would be 5/5 if not for iffy service) The food is fantastic, and the servers always work with me when I order off-menu
This is the best service i've had in Tulsa in years! The food is really good and the prices are reasonable! I am so sick of going to over priced snotty restaurants and being treated like they are doing you a favor! What a pleasure to find southern hospitality and good food at home again! I have seizures and anxiety. They require a service dog. I have been treated so well by the staff at this place! I absolutely have no anxiety going into the restaurant. Most places in Tulsa are less than welcoming and my dog is so small that if I wanted to hide her in my purse I could. But she truly is a medical alert dog, and cant do her job if she's in my purse. I just can't thank the staff enough for the great service and welcoming atmosphere! Life is hard enough for people with disabilities, I wish other Restaurants would take LESSONS from this place!
Decent chain food and good service. Always a huge wait though so don't go if you're in a hurry. That's how we have ended up next door at Pepper's so many times.
The salad always has too much dressing on it and is too salty but other than that I really like this place. I love the Spinach Artichoke Dip appetizer and have even ordered that as my entrée before. I love the Chicken Marcela and the Eggplant Parmesan. I always have to have the Bellini Peach Iced Tea. I love that it's just lightly sweet and not drowning in sugar like most sweet teas. If I don't have that then I have a glass of wine. Over all I like this place and will continue to eat here. But only at this location.
This is the better one.. I prefer this one at Utica Sq over the one by the mall. It just seems a little more laid back, more consistent and easier to get to (which I know shouldn't make a difference, but it's a realistic concern.) I've always had servers who worked hard to make sure I had a good experience and were quick to fix problems if they arose. Food quality is pretty consistently good (though I agree the bread sticks are bleh) and there's a large enough variety you don't have to just get the same one or two things. There's plenty to like. They also regularly add new limited time menu items. I also like it because it's nice enough to go for a romantic dinner, first date, special occasion, etc, and also inexpensive and casual enough to go for lunch, or just because you like something on the menu.
Good quality friendly staff always consistent although a little boring
I went to Olive Garden on a Friday during the later afternoon. There was no one at all waiting at the seating booth. I asked the young lady a question regarding the menu. She stated that she had no idea and that I would have to go find someone else to answer my menu question. She then suggested that the lady at the to go counter might be able to answer my question. I went and waited in a line there for a while but then just decided to be seated regardless.
My waiter was very friendly and helpful but was a little disappointed with my initial staff encounter.
The food was very good and I was very satisfied with my meal. However, I doubt I’d ever go back to the Utica Square location due to the unprofessional young lady (staff) at the seating booth.
The staff and especially, the waiter were very friendly and professional. Thank u for the great service and good food!
The food was great as always. The new location in Utica Square is great. But I’ll miss the original location. My family had been going since 1995. I took several dates there. Now at least I can take my girlfriend to a place with no history.
I love Utica Square and visit often when I'm in town. Stopped by Olive Garden for dinner. Alex was an exceptional server. Prompt, curtious, and very friendly. The lasagna was delicious and the atmosphere very relaxed.
We went there for a family birthday dinner for my granddaughter. The young lady, waiting on us was very professional, very polite, and was completely on top of our needs. She handled our table with grace and poise. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The restaurant seemed very clean and the food was delicious.
First time at this location. We didn't get very good service at noon on Thursday. Had to wait for water, wait for butter, wait for a second bowl of soup, wait for iced tea refill. Food was warm but not as hot as what we wanted. We would try again if we're in this area but not our preferred location. Nice facility, though.
My birthday was Friday, November 10th. My mom and I went to Olive Garden in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Utica Square for my birthday lunch. We had the best waiter named Nick. The atmosphere was great and everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious. After we finished eating, I asked Nick if he would take a few pictures of me and my mom. He was very delighted to do so. Before we left our table, a lady walked over and asked how did we enjoy our lunch and I said we loved it and that that was my birthday lunch. The lady said didn’t you get your birthday cake we said no we hadn’t told our waiter Nick. She asked us to wait just a minute and came back with this piece of cake called “chocolate brownie lasagna” . It was awesome. Layers of chocolate and cream cheese. I had a very delicious meal and around really friendly people .
Thank you Olive Garden, and our waiter Nick and the other customers around us. I will definitely be back!
Waitstaff needed to be a bit more attentive but other than that I had a great experience.
I had Chicken Margarita and I didn’t like the sauce. Kids stuff was good they said. Ask for salad dressing on side but it came fully dressed. Resultant was really busy.
Also restaurant did not have light dressing.
I sat at the bar. I had excellent customer service from this young lady. She was very conversational, witty and had a great sense of humor. The food was hot, delicious and well portioned. The drinks were fairly priced. The atmosphere was great. I will definitely be back.
