I went into Smoothie Factory for the first time and am so happy I did. John was super friendly and helpful with the menu and options. I'm not a huge peanut butter fan but I tried the PB&J and it was amazing. The peanut butter wasn't overwhelming at all, it was perfect. Will definitely be going back! Stop in, you'll love it!

Best tasting and freshest smoothies in all of Tucson. The customer service is awesome, they helped me pick the perfect smoothie for what I needed and liked. By far my favorite place. Love the PB green machine!

I’m addicted to the PB Powerhouse smoothie and routinely use it as a meal replacer. The female owner is super nice and makes a really good smoothie! Most of the other employees are ok, sometimes the smoothie isn’t as flavorful or consistent depending on who makes it. I keep coming back because it’s delish, and I got a few work buddies on these smoothies for lunch now!

Best Smoothies in Tucson, this is my go to after a hard workout. There is a short guy in there with a lot of muscle. I think he said his name was Nick. He really makes us feel welcome every time we go in there. If he is not a manager he should be. Best customer service ever.
