Visited this cold stone creamery during a summer evening (being a visitor to Tucson). It offers good range of ice cream 🍦 🍨 flavours. The only downside part, it really has limited space to sit out. Otherwise, it’s good.

Super fast friendly service in and out of there within a few minutes. The peanut butter ice cream is amazing

The ice cream was good I had the birthday flavor shake and my Husband mint something my kids also had the birthday flavor shake we enjoyed it, except my Husband was disappointed at the huge chuck of brownie in the middle of his mint ice cream (hence why only 4 stars). It was pretty busy, but we were taken care of pretty fast so that was good. It is a bit pricey but worth it. From time to time why not splurge a little lol. While there are certainly some things they can improve on I would recommend this place and plan on returning.

Staff was friendly timely and did a great job. Cold stone prices and sizing metrics bring this down to a 4 star rating though. I think a small is closer to a medium/ large at other places. 2 small ice creams in a cone was over 14 bucks. For me, getting ice cream is an experience. But is the experience worth 14 bucks? I'm not sure I will be back soon unless I had a coupon.

Absolutely AMAZING. The young lady who was working this morning was running behind in her opening set up (that is 100% due to her day off being ruined by getting called in at the VERY last minute). The young lady was PROFESIONAL, APOLOGIZED for the stone not being cold, and assisted us with out with our order. I asked for February flavor (CHOCOLATE covered strawberry) and this young lady needs a promotion because the way she made it was 100% spot on..

The ice cream is amazing and very rich. I am diabetic and I had to get the no-sugar option which was amazing compared to the same option in Frost and Baskin Robins. The nuts where very fresh and crunchy. The price also was not very high. I’d go again of course. They need to introduce more no sugar options. Also, they need to introduce nee flavors regularly.

I had gotten introduced to Cold Stone Creamery by my and I so love the ice cream. I would love to see that the Marshmallow flavored ice cream would come back and stay permanently. Other than that it is well worth the money to get the ice cream. I wish that they would have the reusable containers again that one bring in to get it refilled with one's favorite ice cream.

Love cold stone, they have lots of flavors and tons of mix-ins. This location is great since it's open late on weekends and it's always good to have late night icecream. My favorite has always been the coffee!
