Applebee's

The server at our table was outstanding, however, the food was not as good as it used to be. The new breading on the chicken strips and boneless wings is hard, crusty and without the great flavor that made those things a family favorite for years. The burger my friend was served was "okay", but he said he became aware of a decline in the flavor at the first bite. He then covered everything in BBQ sauce and ranch dressing. Beverages were good and flavorful. Again, kudos to our server. He was attentive and nonintrusive during our visit. Sadly, but truthfully, I'm in no hurry to go back there to eat again and definitely will not order anything breaded nor a burger.

Matthew was our server and from now on when I come back I will be asking for him. He is very friendly and makes you feel like family. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience dining with him. Out of all the restaurants I have been to in the past year he is the best server I’ve had. I am in the customer service industry and I appreciate someone who works as hard as I do!! Thank you Matthew and we will be back to see you!!!!

I have started going to Applebee's on Ina for the Monday Burger special ($9.99), this goes on all day. First, their burgers are hand made, not the perfect little frozen circles, and are really tasty. You might have forgotten what a real hand made burger tastes like...but they are so good. Now let me talk about Mo (Monique) and her detail to EVERYTHING. She is not only an amazing server, she is so personable and friendly. My friends know I go to Applebee's on Ina every Monday. Sometimes it is just me, sometimes there has been a group of . However many of my friends are available, it is always great food, great service and the best time. But, let's not forget about Jack. Jack is the manager and he is always stopping to check if the customers are happy and satisfied (not just me...LOL...he checks with everyone). Not enough good things to say. Well, I do have one more WONDERFUL fun thing to share. My friends and I all have September birthdays, and Mo knew we were coming in. Do you know, she decorated the booth for us!! Who does that for customers. We had an amazing, memorable day. Thanks MO & Jack for making this Applebee's so special.

Good service and food, but it's not anything special. We shared an appetizer and salad and had no complaints. Applebee's near us is a good, reliable standby when we don't have other available options. If you like this kind of place, this one on Ina and La Cholla is clean and comfortable, we've always been happy with our food.

My mom and I love Applebee's! There is plenty of window light, and it's a cool place to head into to escape the heat. Our food is always nicely plated and the perfect temperature. Unless you are ordering a skillet meal. The skillet meals are served and may be cooked on a cast iron serving platter, which retains heat more than your traditional tableware. Anyways, the cast iron is very hot, and the server reminds you of the aforementioned details before you begin eating. The last time we ate there, the music was blaring music a few notches up from a heavy metal band genre. While I appreciated the drumming, I wanted to relax more and hear myself speak without raising my voice during our conversation. I asked if they could turn the music down, and they recommended changing our seating area. We moved, and my mom and I were pleased.
