Tonight I had a patty melt & the husband had the chic parm.
Service was phenomenal, as always, the sandwiches were delish & the best fries in Tucson were eaten all up.
Fans for life.
The frys and burgers are way better than 5 guys. I love the food and the staff was great I was there Thursday (8/31) night and was treated like i was family. My daughter and neice loved there food as well. Thank you for the great food and great experience.
As a Tucson foodie who can spell relatively well, I love Kenny D's!! The fries are crinkle- cut and really good - crispy outside, soft inside! the Italian beef is really where it's at, thought - sweet and hot peppers w/ provolone!! OMG, half is more than enough, but sooooo good!! If you have any issues, just talk to them, don't be a douche. They make everything right!!! Great Place, great service, even 15 minutes until closing - KG's ROCKS!!!
*****Good deli...FOUND!. Ok...love a Ruben? THIS place makes it..request they cut it or you get a big handful! Tons of meat, good amount of sauerkraut and dressing..it's really grilled...not on toasted bread...Very fair prices. The onion rings are really good too. You can call ahead and pick-up lunch through the little drive-thru. Nice people...always nice to this woman of a "certain age". I would definitely recommend this deli.
I moved back to Australia over 6 years ago and I still crave the burgers and Italian beef. Some of the best food I've ever had. Damn you Kenney D's! You've got me in cold sweats!

Beef Combo sandwich was superb every time I had one.
1/2 # hamburger was perfectly cooked and juicy, not dry. Very decent bun. Highly recommend them. Fried Mushrooms! Fries and Onion rings were perfectly done every time, too.
The counter help has always been great to deal with. It's a small place with drive up service. Dining area is kept clean.
If you love a GOOD Italian Beef sandwich, Chicago style, this is a place you need to give a try.

Comforts cravings. Kenney's is the best place to go for all those cravings that are so bad for us but taste so good! They make the best fries and onion rings! the Chicago dogs are to die for! I love them but only get them now and then because they are addicting! My husband loves their red sauce on the meatball grinders and our daughter actually craves their turkey subs (meat, cheese and mayo only!).
Ken and Kate are just the best and are so supportive of the school in our district and we just love them in return!
Kenney D's and Lukes' is the best Beef on the Planet. Well Jenny and Brian are clueless. Maybe they burned out their taste buds from so many bitter words. Kenney D's and Luke’s is the best Beef on the Planet. Being from Chicago and growing up with Luke’s it is so nice to have them in Tucson and Phoenix. When people ask if I miss Chicago I say I miss the 4 F's my Family, my Friends, the Food and the Flights, other than that I do not miss a thing. Plus Luke and Kenney are my friends and I hope they stay in business for a long, long time and pass it on to the next generation.
Been coming here for years and everyone I've ever brought agrees that Kenny D's had the best burgers in town.
Good Food for Being Bad!. DO NOT go here if your'e on a diet. I love this place for the amazing Italian Beef, Sausage with Sweet and Hot Peppers, and the Italian Sub. and OMG, let me tell you about the giant meatball sandwich! You know what? Just go there! Eat your heart out and start your diet tomorrow.

Came to get the 2 dog special and I wasn’t disappointed. From poppy seed buns to sport peppers with relish, tomatoes, chopped onions and celery salt - the Chicago style hot dogs did not disappoint! The meal came with a huge amount of crinkle fries that were cooked to perfection and free refills on the small beverage. All for 9 skins and tax. Hell of a deal! They had so much to choose from. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of the menu. Awesome place! Check out the Chicago memorabilia while you are there. 5 stars for a sandwich shop. Cook and counter gal were the best as well. Thanks for a great experience.
New owner, and these folks deserve an opportunity for your business. Very friendly, accommodating, with generous portions and great food quality! We got cheesesteaks, onion rings and fried zucchini. All were quite tasty, and the service was fast! The computer system is still being configured, but that's an understandable obstacle at the start. Thanks!
Wanted something different from typical fast food for a late lunch. Decided to try and could not have been happier. We ordered a Philly and a Ruben and both were big and delicious! Ordered by phone and the person who took our order described how the Ruben was made and with what ingredients and was very friendly. Arrived about 15 minutes later and they were just finishing the order up. Had the same great customer service when I picked up as well. Can't wait to try other menu items.
I absolutely love their Italian beef . Them sweet hot peppers extra wet makes the sandwich for me. Today I stopped by to get my fix and was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that they are closed and either business itself is for sale or the building not sure . But sad .
I’m confused , today 1/24 I drove by and the sign said open , people were in there and lights were on. I tried calling to inquire but it said the number couldn’t be reached . I guess their services are hit or miss. So when you get a craving have a back up plan !!!
My order arrived early. Food was hot and exactly as I ordered it. I ordered a regular drink,regular fries, and the combo Italian Reg . First, my sandwich was huge. They did not skimp on portions and it was a meal. The fries were krinkle cut fries and a regular order. The bag was big and fries were hot and overflowing. The order came with ketchup and and I ordered my juice/sauce for sandwich on the side. My order was above and beyond. The food arrived hot,fresh and was very delicious. 5 stars all the way. I will recomend this place for great food and service.
First time since the new owners took over from the other new owners and it was just great. If there is a better or bigger Italian beef in this city I would like to know where it is. Onion rings were also great, and that was enough for two meals
Changing this to a positive review. Kenney D's has been remodeled and was nice and clean. I got the usual Jr. Beef with hot peppers and a side of the fries. I was pretty happy that it looks like things are back to normal. My only complaint is that the paper bags for take out are pretty thin and my sandwich and fries hit the pavement as they exited from that bag pretty quickly. I still ate it, i'm sure my driveway is cleaner than most fast food kitchens anyway. Good on you all, thanks for listening. ALSO! The staff was great. I will return for sure.

I haven't had a Chicago style Italian roast beef this good since I left Chicago. I will now be going here regularly! The meat was perfect and plenty. Well seasoned, but not over seasoned or over salty. They even had the right roll. The kind like back home, gluteny enough to hold the extra juice (wet) without falling apart. I'm in heaven!
