Shine gave the best customer service I have experienced in a fast food restaurant in a long time. She seemed to enjoy working there and was so pleasant to interact with! Also, the meal was great! The tables and eating area was clean. The bathroom was clean but required a key to use.

Jack n the box has these loaded tiny tacos that are just addicting! Pair with an Oreo shake and let me tell you... The young man at the counter was actually pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job. Which is not something you see anymore. So he missed our fries I can't really say that I blame him because we were having commitment issues as to what we wanted LOL. He brought it to us at our table which was not expected but very much appreciated.

I ordered delivery and i was surprised that they actually put exactly what i ordered. I asked for certain condiments and they actually put exactly what i asked for which is very rare for any fast food restaurant. The food was good and worth the money.

Pretty nice experience. Customer service was good and it was clean inside. The burgers were good. Compared to other fast food joints, the end result looked pretty close to the advertised photos. I took a star off for the extremely salty fries. However, they were crunchy, so that was a plus.

All the employee's including the Manager were outside smoking. 🚬 and they took our on the way inside. We hoped they washed their hands before preparing our food. Order the baby tacos in the box.

I'm staying in the US from the UK and by far this is one of the best fast food burger restaurants I've come across so far! The burgers themselves are all rather tasty sounding but I've had #1 on the menu twice now xD The restaurant is clean and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be coming to this place more!
