I ordered catering for the people at my office. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and quick to get my order out.

I ordered a turkey Tom through the app and added extra meat. When it arrived, it was regular and not extra so I double checked on the app and receipt to make sure I actually selected the option. It was.
I called the store to enquire about the error and the person who answered the phone said that they made my sandwich and were sure that they added the extra. I offered to bring it back and they instantly assured me that they believed me and would be happy to resend the sandwich at no cost to me. Normally I’d say no bother, but hangry was setting . Thank youand I accepted.
The sandwich that came was exploding with turkey. Turkey hunting season was there and on my sandwich. The driver wouldn’t accept a tip either.
Well done store #1405! Seriously, you acknowledged the mistake, took ownership, we’re extremely polite, and more than made up for it

I eat here probably 3 times a week for the last year. Never anybody inside. Very fast. And they have never been aggro about making me participate in corporate terrorism (masks).

Food is good but would like to mention the great service I received at this location. I made an order through Doordash and a young lady (Michelle?) from the restaurant called me and informed me that they were backed up and it might take a bit longer. The delivery person, Taylor, also called and updated me en route. They were both pleasant and polite, and I appreciated them taking the time to keep me updated

Fast and delicious. Just placed my first delivery order at this location(Campbell Ave), took a piss, and it was waiting for me at the door.
This was my first delivery order, but I've stopped here 5 or 6 times. I ordered mini jimmys catering for a birthday party in september and the manager/supervisor was super cool on the phone. Helpful in making sure I knew what I was getting while making suggestions along the way.
Only bad I could say is for the price you could get something more extravagant elsewhere.

I have eaten here several times and it is always clean and the food is fresh. It is a bit pricey for what you get, but that is probably to help cover their low delivery fees. My only complaint is there is no wifi. Jimmy John's is a perfect place to have business meetings, but it is hard to get anything done without WiFi. Overall though, great dining experience!

Good food and definitely fast. If I had a suggestion it would be to update the credit card readers, I've had problems on a few occasions with the outdated tech, even with a brand new card. It's enough to make me think twice about coming back just to avoid dealing with payment headaches.
