Love the staff /service, the owners and the affordable yummy food; lots to choose from too. The chef makes THE best (perfect) poached eggs in town and does it with a smile (I know it can be a hassle especially during a busy breakfast rush!)!
There is a room for small group meals too in this cozy restaurant.
Good Day Cafe is an excellent neighborhood breakfast/lunch spot in the middle of town, on Speedway!

Delicious food was cooked to order in a timely manner and presented well. Establishment is clean and waitstaff was responsive. Reasonably priced. I will come here again and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a good tasting breakfast or brunch for less than they might expect.

I will always come here for breakfast when working in the area. The "garbage can" is my favorite in Tucson. Best staff, down to earth, funny, fast service and always a good time at Good Day Cafe

The cinnamon Raisin French Toast was DELICIOUS, and the whipped butter was the perfect topper. The waitress was attentive & cheerful. We have found our café.

Dropped in on Good Day Cafe with 10 persons. Short of time, we gave a five minute notice. Staffed with weekday server and cook, they seated us privately, fed us well according to specific orders and did not neglect our drinks. I would imagine we created a hectic moment but they handled it very well. I doubt others were neglected. Good Day to GREAT Day!

Really liked my breakfast today-the Hobo. Excellent service -prompt,friendly,great o.j.. The meal was really tasty-sausage,biscuits,eggs,gravy. Clean cafe. I came in the day of the Stars news article about the cafe. I will be back to try one of the NFL burgers, and I don't think it will be tough to swallow if I don't pick my teams burger. The cook whistled a little to the music being played and was on tune-very pleasant.

Simple cafe. Fair prices. Good, friendly service. Nice and quiet. If you are looking for simple, traditional breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers this is a good place. You will pay very similar prices as going to a chain restaurant.

Great place and amazing prices and service! Came in from san Diego and ate there twice in a row, everything you could ask for in a breakfast place!! And the coffee was good!

What a wonderful friendly place to eat.
The food is good, but not pretentious, and its refreshing to have a meal in a place that doesn't feel like a cookie cutter franchise.
Be careful though, because someone is likely to treat you like they want you to come back. ..
