First and most importantly, the service here is wonderful, and everyone is very kind. There were only two issues: I requested a square cut and did not receive it, and somehow my garlic was punctured, and it leaked on me and my car seats as I was driving home. I wish I could have enjoyed that garlic sauce! And I wish the cut was the kind I requested. 🤷♂️

I love the pizza there, but... the last time I went there it took 20 minutes just to get my pizza! My mom took an online order and when me and my dad when to go get the pizza they said that the had to remake it. Then once we got the pizza we went home... the pizza they had to remake was supper hot, and it took five minutes to cool off. The other pizza was cold and we had to reheat it in the microwave.

I ordered last night and had forgotten to enter my coupon, the customer service from the phones to the delivery driver was top notch. The driver was so sweet with my kids and my son said “that was a really nice lady” after we closed the door. Management should be proud of their hiring decisions.

Awesome staff great feedback really nice manager helpful really helped Me out . Highly recommend for birthday parties sleepovers or just any night of the week really took the time and consideration to fix my complicated unique order therefore extremely satisfied with my pepperoni chicken pineapple and bacon pizza! There are not enough stars for that one thank you Papa John's.

I walked inside and everyone was very friendly. I used to go to Pizza Hut but I left because of the poor service and food offered at the Pizza Hut on Houghton. I am glad I decided to go to this Papa Johns their food is good and I only had to deal with positive attitudes. Best pizza in Rita ranch no contest.
