My go-to for lunch at least once a week. Staff is mostly always nice, there is a cook there that is great to everyone every single time I go in. Only one or twice have I encountered a very serious/rude employee which I understand when it's busy, but still no need. Food is always on point and they are fast. Good place overall

Super friendly staff, worked fast and made delicious sandwiches. Great experience here!

Fast food, as is their slogan. Reasonably priced for the quality. Open late, when all the other restaurants were closed at 8:00pm.

I accidently placed my order for pickup! After a while I wondered where my order was. When I called to ask where my order was, the manager sent me over a new sandwich right away at no extra cost! Thank you so much! :)

Love when you don’t notice something and staff has your back and saves you money! Great experience here with upbeat and friendly staff that are super considerate as well. Asking for a sandwich without something? There’s probably another option!

I work downtown and jimmy John's is pretty awesome. My coworker and I worked early one day but Jimmy John's was closed. To my surprise the guy working there opened the door and let us order some sandwiches. Once again Jimmy John's came in clutch

I love Jimmy John's, Tucson! Free and delicious smells always, for everyone. Delicious vegetarian sandwich options for me and the staff are friendly and dedicated. Super fast delivery too! I've also always found the place clean and tidy.

Never had Jimmy Johns before but I am in love. Food is fresh, facility is clean, not too hectic. Definitely a fan now.

You know, I feel like Jimmy John's can be used as sort of benchmark while rating foods. Like "oh, this is worse than Jimmy John's!" or "this is just as delicious as Jimmy John's."

Great service and incredibly fast delivery. Not open until 3 during seasonal school breaks which unfortunately isn't always represented on the website but that's a website problem, not a store issue.
