I used the drive thru and when I was reading the menu I noticed that the prices of the items were barely visible as someone had tampered with them (picture attached). I ordered one Carme asada quesadilla and one bean and cheese tostada. The quesadilla comes with sour cream and pico de gallo on the side I was very pleased after eating it. The service was friendly and professional. I also really like that they have outdoor siting. I will highly recommend.
The food was better than most mexican restaurants in the area but not the top shop. Well worth it. I gave them 5 stars because of the environment. I dislike who their decorations support but I hate the other side way more. I love the atmosphere ... they keep crazy disgusting people away.
Stopped by for lunch. I expected decent food but was not ready for what I got. By far the best carne asada burrito I have had in a long time. Fantastic flavor and additions. Grabbed a stuffed churro on the way out. Wish I was in the area way more often.
I've stopped in over the years on numerous occasions and have had zero issues with this establishment.
I normally order the carne asada taco plate.
I've ALWAYS received fresh, hot and tasty food made to order by some of the nicest and most personable staff on planet earth.
I've always found the dining room clean and again have zero complaints.

It's okay to agree to disagree with their politics, but it is not ok to attack them personally, or to attack thier business with politically-motivated hit pieces because you can't agree to disagree with them or anyone else.
We are each entitled to have an opinion, you don't have to agree with it, but you need to respect that they are entitled to have thier own opinions....
I'd highly recommend enjoying the food served at this establishment.

Deliciously made cuisines...spectacular view while enjoying your meal. True to taste meal made by their talented son who is on his way to becoming a well known chef as well. Met the owners lovely wife who gave me a very detailed story of how the diner became as popular and well known. Even President Trump made an appearance at their diner!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!
This place is AMAZING. The food is 🤌🏻🤌🏻The service is great and they are always friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking to support a local business, where the food and the people are fantastic, then you should eat at Sammy’s.❤️
This place is Awesome! I had the chicken Cascadia. It was loaded with chicken & cheese. It was hot & fresh with plenty of sour cream & hot sauce & the service is Awesome as well. Highly recomend.
Sammy's is a Tucson landmark and a must visit while you're in the area. The 2# burrito, and all of the items on the lengthy burrito menu, are made fresh and taste great. The restaurant is clean and easy to find, while the staff is courteous and helpful. Drive thru is available if you want take out. God bless America, and God bless Sammy's! A fine example of quality and hard work.
I love Sammy’s Mexican Grill! I go there pretty regularly. My favorite menu item is the veggie burrito but honestly anything you get there is amazing! Shout out to the chef Sammy for always making the most delicious food. I will definitely be returning in the future!
They have the best chili rellenos I have ever had; and I've tried them everywhere. They are crispy and flavorful. I order them with the sauce on the side. You can eat them with your hands and dip them in sauce, sour cream or both. They are delicious. I also highly recommend the chicken quesadillas and beef mini chimis. Their guacamole is wonderful also. The owner and staff are great regardless of your political affiliation. I usually order ahead and pickup at the drive through window, but they do deliver. Highly recommend!
