One of the food items we got was pretty nasty, but everything else was delicious. The server we had was great... She was personable and had great customer service skills.

Our waiter was outstanding! The food and our first manager not so much... we called 2 hours prior to our arrival letting them know we had a large group coming in and he cut us off saying they don't take reservations. When we arrived we had to wait as the ONLY tables we could fit at were filthy. Funny enough we didn't see any at those tables when we arrived. This means there had been left a mess for awhile!! Instead of cutting us off when we called earlier they could have very easily told us our size group wouldn't really fit in the facility (two round table and a booth is how we were sat). Again, I wish we got the name of the waiter, HE was amazing!!

We usually steer away from chains but limited options forced us here. We were pleasantly surprised. Coffee was fresh and hot, food was delicious, service was great. Good stop if you’re near KOA!

This place needs help! And needs help bad. Super busy. I want to thank our host/waiter/busboy/cashier Hansel! He was beyond amazing busting his butt for this place. If I was the owners I’d make sure not to lose this guy. The food was really good as well

Had dinner with some very special ladies and Jeannette our waitress was beyond exceptional. Not only was she only one working, she was quick accurate with our meal. The customer service she gave us couldn’t have been any better. We tried calling her boss is to let him know how awesome she is with the number on the receipt but couldn’t get through. We couldn’t leave here without trying one more time to let everyone know how great she is. Thank goodness we were able to leave a review on here . Come visit Jeannette at the Irvington location, you won’t be disappointed.

Tonight my family of 6 went to this restaurant. I would have score a much lower review but had to share my experience. We had a waitress Christie who was able to take our table.of 6 order with no note pad!! Then provided our table with the food. Out 3 out 6 orders were cold and this wasn't from our waitress. The cooks this night served us cold food that had to go back. My family and I have worked in this field for a very long time. We know how food gets put out cold. Much better the second time around but the waitress was professional despite the issues. if it wouldn't have been for her we would have left. As we observed the atmosphere we notice this waitress was manning all the sections of the restaurant by herself. The cooks and other employee where dilling around. This place needs to know this waitress went over and beyond to make our meals served hot and with great attitude. Thank you Christie for making our meal worth it!!

The place was clean, food was really good, service was good, it was fast, however the reason i put four stars is because we were handed the bill a bit too early and it was very uncomfortable, also I asked the waitress for dr.pepper and she gave me coffee, which was a little disappointing but still it was all good.

There was only two waitresses working, we were seated within 5 minutes of walking into Dennys. The fork was dirty when we got to the table, we asked for a clean fork. The food arrived quickly and it was worth going to Dennys.

The service was decent and the food was good. My husband and I had burgers, and the rest of my party had salmon and a beef sandwich. The dining area could be cleaner. And one weird thing is they were completely out of salad and a lot of their fresh fruit. We still liked our experience overall, but there are definitely some things that could be improved.
