Our first Thanksgiving that we were just the two of us as we had to share our kids with the in-laws. We decided to do breakfast out as a treat as we already had our fill of turkey and the fixin's last week. The food was fabulous---smoked salmon scramble and waffle. Our waitress, Annabelle, was kind and very attentive and made our whole experience lovely. We were some disappointed we were not in the classy 'Grill' area that was being prepared for the 11:00 brunch crowd and were instead seated at an off shoot room with foggy plastic window covers and had a very basic feel and look.

Breakfast while staying at the Hacienda del Sol for 4 nights. Fruit plates can be a mystery when they are ordered. I was delighted with the array of fruit. Service was fine. And the view was incredible. A perfect start to the day!

The evening was truly perfect, seating with the view of Tucson city lights and, the service was top notch made my family and I very comfortable. The chef menu covered all our desires with tasty, flavorful dishes. Highly recommended this restaurant.

Great stylish place. Food good and they have rarities in their wine and spirits list. Dishes are large, slightly pricy but the food is delicious. The scenic view inside of the Catalina foothills is awesome.

Our party of four visited again SAT night for the wife's birthday. We have come here about a dozen times moving to Tucson 5 years ago. We had a wonderful dinner as usual but it's not just about the food, drink and music. Hacienda del Sol a very special place. The outdoor patio could not be more pleasant and the service is constantly amazing. And the setting is so intimate and beautiful the term "fairyland" best describes the restaurant inside as well as the outdoor patio, which we prefer when the weather permits. I love live jazz and the 3 piece combo is excellent. Do take a few minutes to stroll around the beautifully decorated and landscaped grounds after dinner.

Went with a group of 8 colleagues for dinner; had reserved the Murphy Room. Had great food and great service...liked all the recommendations the server gave me. Also had great ambience...our room was quiet enough to carry on conversations, but also there was a live pianist playing in the next room over to enjoy.

We were fortunate enough to have Christmas Day meal here. The food was excellent. Everything we had was tastefully prepared. Drinks were good. Soup was excellent. Pork Belly delicious. Cioppino was out of this world. Overall a great experience. This is a first class restaurant and resort

My wife and I went to The Grill for our 1st anniversary dinner. We hadn’t done much research before hand, so we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful landscaping and views walking up to the restaurant. We were blown away by the level of service from the host and bus boys all the way to our server Nick. Nick was persistent about getting us a table with a view when he could tell my wife had another in mind after we were originally seated. He was extremely attentive just like the bus boys and he had excellent recommendations as well. Food was pretty good. Not mind-blowingly good considering the price, but we really enjoyed our meal overall. We were very happy with our experience and will be recommending the Grill to our local friends in the future!

Attending one of their special wine events and decided to stay a couple of nights. Great views and sunsets. Enjoy the hard working staff. My little secret staycation hideaway in the foothills. The bartender and wait ztaffs are a hoot too. We are having a blast.
