First time here, but it sure won't be the last! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and the service was outstanding. We ordered a Philadelphia Roll, the Mango Roll, the Heart Attack and the Baked Scallop Roll. I can honestly say we did not have one bad or mediocre thing. Favorite though? The Heart Attack. Drinks were equally as good. The Cherry Blossom & Typhoon are pictured here & were so good we had a second round! The chefs were amazing to watch in action & friendly. We will definitely return & spread the word!

Expensive for the quality and quantity. It was better than mediocre, and we paid over $90 for 5 smaller than average rolls and shrimp with noodles. For that expense, I would have expected some complimentary mizo soup or edamame. It was rated #1 on Yelp for sushi (the whole reason we went), and honestly I've been to better places in Tucson for sushi. There were lots of people there. It's small inside, the bathrooms were cute with the rock displays on the floor, but out of soap. The atmosphere was nice, dimly lit but very loud and our waiter spoke quietly we couldn't hear him. I don't think it'd go back. Not anything special and overpriced. The specialty rolls... weren't much better than the regular rainbow and dragon rolls. Not impressed, but it wasn't bad. If I went again I'd try a sushi boat... but may not be anytime soon.

This place is the best sushi I’d have ever experienced in my life. Everything they have are delicious. Authentic Japanese restaurant. If you ever visit this area you have to try it. You’ll never disappointed. I would recommend make a reservation they get really busy.

This restaurant is a gem of Tucson. Super tasty sushi and other menu items prepared with fresh seafood and other ingredients. Service is amazing. Good drink options and nice sushi bar. Every month they have Facebook roll which is a month special on the menu. Heart Attack made from fried jalapeños with cream cheese is my favourite.

Pricey but compared to other popular sushi places in Tucson I have to say the taste is cleaner than most. Rice was a little bland.. Felt like I had to douse my sashimi in soy sauce to some semblance of umami. Best bite was the engawa they had on special. Service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice enough.

Great food, really loved the fried calamari and unagi!! A little different than anywhere we've eaten before (the ceviche roll is pretty tasty). If you end up here you have to check out the bathrooms!! Very unique decor.

Very few Sushi bars in U.S. serves authentic Japanese food by a Japanese chef. Most sushi bars (99%) are serving frozen false advertised fish like Tilapia. Ginza is the real deal. If you think you know sushi, go there on Friday or Saturday and order Omakase, and let Him makes you his best pick of the day. You won't be disappointed. Don't go there ordering sushi rolls thinking you know Japanese food.

Ginza - where have you been all my life!?!?! For the last 5 years, since i moved to Tucson, i have been complaining that i can’t get any good sushi…. Well, that moaning has ended. Jun (the chef and owner) has knocked it out of the park with Ginza! We sat at the bar and were lucky enough to be sitting right in front of him. The flown in daily Blue Fin Chu Toro and Maguro was awesome! And he followed that up with a special gold flaked “Christmas Roll” which was his seasonal spin on a shrimp tempura roll. My girlfriend had spicy ramen, and loved it! The food was a 10 and service was even better. From top to bottom staff was incredibly friendly and shared Jun’s passion for the cuisine. We are excited to move Ginza into our regular restaurant rotation!
