First off, I don’t know remember our server but this gentlemen was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and helpful. He was on the younger side. The Philly Cheese rolls were DELICIOUS! It’s a must have. The BBQ chicken sandwich was average taste. It tasted a little dry. Regardless of this, I would definitely come back to Firebirds.

No wait, nice and friendly staff that aren't that overly nice and fake. They made a dinner menu option for me that was not on the lunch menu. Most importantly, they actually had every single item on their menu, which is hard to find in Tucson. The food was actually really good. Couldn't used a bit of a sear on the shrimp but that's just me being me. I'll definitely come back sometime.

The restaurant has a rustic atmosphere, very open setting with a combination of tables and booths. Our server was able to stay attentive despite having a lot of tables to serve and our food arrived in an efficient and timely manner and drink refills we're consistently attended. Good can't out fresh and delicious. Nobody at our table regretted their food choices. Best bread appetizer we've had. Ended up splitting by plate with my husband and taking his home for leftovers. Tonight I had the best steak I've had in Tucson yet, perfectly tender and seasoned to perfection! The Black Diamond drink is always my favorite. The staff is always professional. This evening I was given a free dessert because I was raving about how delicious the steak was seasoned. I enjoyed my evening so much. Thank you!

Stopped in last minute and was seated in the bar area. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food came out GREAT! I had the 21 day aged ribeye, and my wife had the salmon, both were delicious! Also the Lobster spinach was amazing?

My sirloin was excellent. Didn’t enjoy the cleaning of the floor around our table while we were eating. Also the area next to us had a shelf where the staff congregated to laugh and gossip while doing the take out bags. One of which fell on me twice. Our server was attentive and friendly. They were out of prime rib again as well.

Amazing service from Steven, ask for him! Great food: starter bread, salad, dessert creme brulee cheese cake, and best of all great prices on happy hour drinks and food options.

The food was great and tasted perfect. Any dietary requirements I made were taken care of by the chef and the waitress was very kind and understanding. I'd go here again on a celebratory outing again. Price is high, but meets the quality of their food and atmosphere.

Food was amazing! The smoked wings and cheesesteak egg rolls were GREAT! NY strip And Salmon also just as great! Our waitress was Abril and I would recommend asking to sit in her section because she was wonderful! Over all great place to eat!
