First time at burger king in like 25 years. Had the chicken sandwich it was pretty good. The staff here super friendly and inviting

Driving through and decided to make a quick stop for some lunch. Went inside had a new girl on the counter nobody was helping her she had to keep asking questions and when she did ask questions the manager in all black up front and the older lady working were completely rude to her setting the poor girl up for failure. The manager packaged our food, slammed it down on the counter, was completely rude when I asked for a lid for our shake never said anything just through the lid on the counter and walked away. Will not be returning....

So normally when there is a mistake with our order we just like okay mistakes happen. But the lady working the window decided it was okay to be very very rude to us. There was no let me check it was you order this and such. It was rude from the beginning by her say well you ordered this. Not only were the drinks wrong. Then tried to say she gave us 23 cents in change when she only gave us .13. Normally I'm like okay it was both of us but the lady was rude from the get go didn't want to listen and them when she got the manager involved had the manager say don't get rude sir I'm trying to fix it well you need to get your person at the window not be rude. Also we had the receipt for the change. Just heartbroken because normally they are great at this location

The number 4 had 1 burnt patty nothing else. No bacon, cheese or anything else. Fry's were so hard they couldn't be ate. Called and was told we're out of cheese and he stated he couldn't hear me and hung up.

This is a gross chain. Not sure why anyone would want to eat at this Torrington establishment. Dirty. People working to prep food had their kid in back with them after he had been running around touching tables, windows, trash can etc.. did I mention it's dirty?

Wow, hadn't had a whopper in a LoNG time. Wolfed it down!!
Now I understand why the drive up line was so long and the line was out the door at almost 1pm😄. Plus chatting in line is such 😊

Ordered my food, no mayo, someone in there took the time to half assedly slap some on there to where it was a huge blob on there and smeared all over the top of the bun... fries were kinda warm.
I do like Burger King but the effort is just not there sometimes
