Always friendly staff, food is good if you are an Arby's fan :) only reason it's not a five star is due to the prices. It's not a fast food restaurant that you can expect a cheap meal or feed a family cheaper than a dine in restaurant.
Never had a bad experience with the Torrington Arby's... get what you order and the staff are great!

The service was poor they guy at the drive thru wouldnt listen to the order got it wrong both times i spoke to him. The manager that came up to the window however always does a great job and is friendly and made things right. Although the food is always great. The front line crew needs to be trained better and listen to the customers. May be a while before i go back.

Service was with a smile and the establishment was clean. I was not happy with the food. I got the curly fries which was delicious but my sandwich the Reuben not to my liking. I do not like fatty corned beef

Quick service in a very clean restaurant. The staff were friendly and polite. Right on the main drag in the middle of nowhere. A perfect stop for travelers.

Here during lunch hours. Service was fast, food was hot and good. Fries were even fresh.
The guy taking my order was super friendly. Management better hang on to him, before someone recognizes his great customer service skills and hired him away!
I’ve noticed they are using “My pleasure” from Chick-Fil-A which is a small, but noticeable and welcome surprise.
Restaurant, booths, tables were clean for time of day.
Great job crew. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed today! 👍

Had a luke warm, grisly chicken sandwich. Left most of it. Drinks from vending machine tasted disgusting.
I didn't bother complaining because I just wanted to leave. But now, on reflection, I wish I had done.

Stopped through right at open. Nicest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Clean, professional, and food was excellent.

Could have been a little cleaner, but over all it was a good stay. Food at the restaurant was best in town!
