Burger King

Had to come back 3 times to try and get my order made correctly only to have the cops called me for being man and cussing them out. They refused to fix my order and they refused to refund me for the meals they kept getting wrong which was $10. So I went over their heads and reported my experience to the corporate office and immediately received a full refund instead of just what was messed up. The crew in this store really needs more and or better customer service skills. The customer is always right. Isn’t the motto for Burger King have it your way? Well almost nothing was my easy that day at that Burger King. I have been posting every where I can to warn everyone I know in my city to steer clear of that one. This isn’t the only time I’ve come through and gotten the wrong food. This time was the last straw. My son is allergic to pickles and I said no pickles on the double whopper I ordered. When I got it home there was a handful of pickle on it. So course I was seething mad by then. If they would have gotten the order right in the first place nothing would have escalated and police wouldn’t have needed to be called. In my opinion the whole staff is remedial and in desperate need of education and perhaps a surprise drug screen

They were out of "small meat" LOL meaning they could not do kids meals with hamburgers, so the kids had to eat chicken nuggets. They were out of apple juice. The same person taking money was making our order..no gloves or hand washing. One worker's shirt looked like it had never been washed... Ever. Tables were dirty. Will not be back.

The General manager Samantha is the worst individual that I have ever seen in a management position. She curses at employees and the customers. It's no wonder that there so many bad reviews. You can't expect your employees to perform well when they have a manager of that demeanor. Poor quality of food and incomplete orders or out of product. How do they stay in business?

Sat in drive threw for 15 mintues. They forgot some food, I tried to call before I left parking lot. No answer. Had to go back in line and wait another 15 minutes. The manager tried to tell me he didn’t have to give me my food. Bad customer service all the way around. Chicken nuggets were nasty, and fries been double dipped. All food was nasty and not even worth the price.
