We had a wonderful experience at Hardee's today. I took 12 students and staff into the Wannamaker location and they were so kind and patient with us. The order was several different things with lots of instructions and they got it all right. When they got it all ready they had numbered all the bags so they were able to get the correct bag to the correct person. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back. Thank you Hardees!

Cashier didn't take off our coupon so in turn over charged us by almost $7. The sweet tea was like slime. Talked to the on duty manager when he delivered our $46 order just shy of 15 min after we paid, he fixed the drinks with soda rather than the slime tea and refunded the almost $7 from the coupon meanwhile we found that our order itself was even incorrect. We would NOT recommend this location.

I ordered a monster biscuit with no egg and a sausage and cheese biscuit again no egg. I drove 10 miles across town before opening my bag only to find that I had a breakfast burrito and a sausage biscuit with egg. I called the store Ben drove 10 miles back across town to get what I ordered. I would expect some coupons or something. I got exactly what I ordered. Not even a sorry. Very dissatisfied

It was fairly decent... biscuits I never had a complaint about, but you can't beat a big roast beef with BBQ sauce...tasty 😋

Stood there while the Manager continuously waited on drive thru customer's. When I finally got to order and got my meal to go, no napkins, no receipt, no salt and pepper or anything. Worst service I have ever had. I would fill out a survey but no receipt!
