Chicken was burnt and dry, not enough gravy for the chicken bowl, biscuit was good, and drink was flat, chicken would have been better if gotten from Walmart deli. Original chicken isn't supposed to be black, it tastes like it was thrown into the crispy fryer to heat it up.

The staff here is so nice from the second we walked in. Ebony is the best, so sweet. Clean location. We finished ordering and there came our food. It was so quick. This was a godsend since we had just left another KFC in Topeka and waited over 45 minutes to get no food.
It was made exactly how we like it, cooked well and a lot of seasoning. Leaps and bounds better than other KFCs.

Went through the drive-through this evening. 3 employees standing right outside the back door of the restaurant smoking. Also happens to be right next to the ordering screen. Was told that they only had a few sides and biscuits. 45 minutes before you close and no offer to make more chicken. I'm sorry but I won't ever be back.

Customer service was aweful!!! A chicken place out of chicken? No explanation at all. One of the ladies on the inside made my partner feel stupid for asking a clarifying question. Sad too, we love KFC, but this one is a no go.

We ordered in the mobile app for the first time. It prompted our order would be ready at 7:08. We arrived at the kfc at 7:04. I watched several people come and go with their food. I finally went to the counter and inquired about the order. The lady working seemed annoyed when she went to check the order. We finally received our order at 7:41. 55 minutes after we placed it. No sorry for your wait, have a goodnight, nothing.. We were not impressed.

my entire family got chicken fingers that are smaller than the biscuits we got. we called and got a snotty response of “we can’t control the size of the chicken”. understandable, but you can control which chicken strips you give me.

Every time I come here they always mess up my order and forget to put it in the bag and I don't realize it until I get home from now on I'm gonna start checking it before I leave the drive-through can you please retrain your staff so that they get the order right and we don't have to come back
