I understand the need for employees, but this place has always been slow 🐌. At least 9/10 they get your order right. Other than that the drive thru is either one lane or they make one side wait while you watch the other lane just zoom by. And the mobile carryout lanes are closed most of the time..

Dumpster juice! Everytime I have to stop here it's always a hassle to get what I ordered. Wait is long, order is always wrong, and they think I'm lying so the wait is even longer to correct. Had 1 kids meal and 2 burgers on an order and had to be corrected twice, 3rd time was the charm. And to be fair this is the night shift I haven't been during the day in a while. Was told to wait at the last window but I had to call the phone because you can't go in and the one line they open out of the 2 is super long just to say hey you forgot about me. Oh ps I ordered online before I got there and the wait was still 45min +

Good service this time, quick on order considering how busy it was. Menus still deceiving. 10 cheeseburgers from 1 dollar value menu, but cost 19 dollars?

Just cane it at 11am, the morning/ mid crew is awesome! Sadly I didn't get any names but the lady that was taking orders is sweet and they were nice and quick getting orders out. :)

9 pm and dine in closed. Waited in drive through line 22 minutes. Another 13 at window. Food not even warm. Fries cold and not salted. Terrible food worse service. Ticket so poorly printed I can’t read order number, phone number, or store number so unable to call and speak to management.

This post is mainly is in regards to the thin older woman who is obviously a manager of some sort and on June 9th 2022 at around 12:15 during the lunch rush that treat her employees horribly. Yelling at your obviously new employees about the mistakes they are making in front of customers is the worst way of maintaining morale and keeping customers . I for one will not ever come back due to the fact that it's embarrassing that there are all these Help Wanted signs up , but it should be "Help wanted so that we can abuse you for what little money we will pay you" I hope those employees find another job I really do. Or they need to get this manager fired.

Rude,rude ,rude!! Drive through, about 8:00am. Got an Ice coffee and ordered a sausage Mcmuffin winded up with a got a regular McDuffie sandwich and a diary look from the Cashier and Manager, and there was no one else in line. Won't waste my time again.

This is the 4th time I have gone to this one since moving to the area. And everytime they have gotten it wrong . This time being the worst as I did DoorDash delivery and was missing an entire meal for one of my kids. And another meal wasn’t even close to right. This is a joke for fast food. Not impressed at all
