Wendy's

As a fan of Wendy's, this establishment does a good job representing the flavors of their food. I've never had a bad experience over the numerous times I've come here. The burgers are always cheesy and bacon-y with the perfect amount of flavor although i will say wendys has a habit of making their burgers slightly sweet for whatever reason when, in my opinion, i feel they should just be what burgers always have been, a savory bite of meat, cheese, bun and veggies if that's your thing. The sweetness just seems to distract from the latter flavors and i feel it's a slight downside. Overall though this establishment has yet to disappoint.

It's fairly obvious that the owner of this location has zero concern for it's customers, employees, or quality of service, because for the past year it has been consistently understaffed by a rotating crew of people who obviously hate working their, most likely because they're underpaid and treated poorly. It's not the employees or location, because Other fast food restaurants in the area have much less obviously miserable employees who actually seem to at least pretend to care about their job, while this Wendy's seems to just hire anyone desperate or stupid enough to accept the wages and conditions offered here, so you get people who don't do their job right if at all. If this location cared about quality or speed of service, they'd start offering at least competitive wages for the area, but I doubt that will ever happen because it's been like this for over a year now and shows no signs of changing.

The WORST Wendy's I've ever eaten at! Totally mismanaged! Drink machine was down for hours. I came back later to use the bathroom so I saw 3 hours later it was still down! In the middle of the busy time of service at that. The food took over 10 mins to finish (it was a simple combo order off the menu with no changes). The burger i ordered tasted like it sat for an hour. Wasn't hot nor was the cheese even melted! I had old cold fries mixed in with the fresher fries! I honestly just threw it all away after one bite of both. If I wasn't in a hurry to make an appt, I definitely would've took the order back and demanded a refund!

Was in drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. Finally got to the order station and sat there for an additional 5 minutes with no response at all from inside. Pulled around to window to see what was happening. The girl at the window was very polite. I told her that I was out of time to order at that point since I was going to be late for dr appointment. She apologized. Manager behind her jumped in front of her and started berating me that my truck didn’t show up at order station. I’ve ordered at drive throughs a million times in my truck. Never had a problem before. Very rude!!! Never use this Wendy’s again!!! Would give them a zero if I could.
