Taco Bell

The workers in the drive-thru always seem happy to be at their jobs, and the food is always good. The ONLY time my order was wrong was because it was mixed up with two other people's ordered. The manager on duty immediately reorganized the workflow in the kitchen, corrected our orders, and gave me a coupon for a free taco. Good service. Good Taco Bell. NOW BRING BACK THE MEXICAN PIZZA AND GRILLED STUFFED BURRITO!

Several issues with this location. I was coming in at 10:30pm, their lobby was unlocked with no visible hours on the door stating lobby time. Their lobby apparently closes at 10:00pm and the manager had no issues rudely telling me this. They forgot part of our order, and what part of our order we did get was atrocious. The tortillas where torn practically to pieces and looking old, and they didnt give us enough of the sauce we requested (we asked for 10). I get its late and they're probably tired, but if you don't care enough about your job to show basic customer service and care to prep the food, find another industry.

If I could have no stars, I would. My order was completely wrong. Lacking tomatoes on supreme items, one taco hardly had any substance in it, they didn’t put ice in a drink, the Crunchwrap was squished and soggy, the steak quesadilla was hardly filled and mostly just tortilla and burned cheese. My first time coming here was also not ideal and wrong, yet I gave them a second chance this time. It was the second and the last time ever coming here. The one off of main st in Belton is FAR better.

So they close at 1am but we went the last 2 nights at like midnight and they said they were closed for maintenance. I don't get it. Short staffed I get it but closing down an hour earlier for maintenance, I don't think so. Sorry can't give a good review. Hopefully their manager knows they are closing early for maintenance.

Tonight, i watched members of this staff save lives. We were in the drive-thru line when an employee named Francis recognized that the driver in front of us was passed out at the wheel with a baby in the backseat. Another employee, Robert, went out the drive-thru window to intervene. I watched as together Robert was able to get the drive to wake up a bit and open his doors, at which time Robert removed the keys from the ignition, while Francis took the baby from the backseat. Other staff members helped call 9-11 and keep the driver from driving away before police could arrive. I believe that these timely actions potentially saved the lives of the baby, the driver, and anyone else on the road with whom he might have collided. You should be very proud to employ each of these heroes.

So i went to taco bell at 11:00 pm last night i orders 12 tacos 1 nachos bellgrande, 1 burrito supreme, 2 steak quesadilla and one big beef burrito. .That cost $40.00 When I got home all the items listed hardly had any meat but was packed with lettuce and cheese. And every 1 out of 3 taco's were broke in half.Called the manager named Jeff he said he would remake the order. When I went back the next day to get my order replaced a lady named Estrigen argued with me stating that she looked over all the cameras and they put meat on everything and that she wouldn't replace my order only the burrito supreme. But I told her it hardly had any meat on it. I would not except to only have a 1/2 of teaspoon of meat on everything i ordered. They all so said that I needed a receipt that they didn't give me. This lady was the rudest and the had the worst customer service . I will never go back there. But I will be back to talk to her supervisor
