Buffets may be out of style, but still a bargain, especially if you're undecided or real hungry. I liked the place, food was good, better than most other places. Customer service was good too!

Food was hot and tasty. Not much variety on a Tuesday evening, but the Mac and cheese was the beat. They must have changed recipes since we last went in 2021, it was much better than before!
ADDED 3/23/22 LUNCH: Food quality still excellent, comfortable temperature in the building and plenty of seating available even with the busy lunch rush. My husband was pleasantly surprised that the cost for our two buffets with water was less than 2 lunch combos from Burger King! Not to mention the food was much healthier and tastier!

Sirloin Stockade is an inspiration to what every restaurant should accomplish. The chicken here is amazing and absolutely outstanding. The chicken here is really really good. I love the chicken here a lot. Did I mention that the chicken here is amazing?

There were only two table's with customers and at least 5 server's. So you would think that the service would be great. The complete opposite. It took 20 minute's for them to bring us a menu and anothers 45 minutes before we got our food. Which was great. The servers were all in the conner talking and laughing instead on taking care of the customers.

My husband and I have really been enjoying the great fried catfish on Wednesday's and Friday's. It is seasoned perfect and fried done. The General Manager, Benny Saldana is fantastic. He comes to your table and checks on the food and any concerns you may have. He really works hard to make sure everyone is satisfied with their food. The wait personnel are great, friendly and work really hard to make a person's meal very enjoyable. Thank You Benny and your great team. Franklin and Connie Schramm

Our waitress was super. & On point with our fairly large party. Food was good - especially steaks. Staff was very courteous especially on a busy Mother's Day.

Waiter never brought us our drinks after looking at out ticket, had to ask someone to get our drinks half way through our meal. Waited over 30 min
minutes for them to refill the fried chicken which never came out with more chichen. The manager said he didn't know they were out. Could see employees playing in the kitchen tossing a bottle of what looked like butter playing keep away. Hate to complain about restaurants knowing they are having a rough time but really! There was clearly no Management.
Plenty of people standing at the buffet with empty plates and nobody bother to ask if they could be helped.

Cooking / eating at home is the most important time to spend with the (Bubble family ).
What's nicer than taking the cook/family) out and seeing the other smiling faces enjoying a home cooked meal by someone who "Really" appreciates you company and business.
Pot roast, fish, hot rolls, blue berry / apple cobblers, steaming vegetables as well as fresh vegetables enough to feed those of us that don't worry about our waist lines and those that do 😉.
The management at this location has deemed it important to reinvest into making this restaurant serve US the customers for a long time .
Clean, organized and managed by 2 excellent professionals who actually stop by the table to greet we the customers.
