Subway

Tried one more time, even put in the notes I wanted my melt wrapped before throwing into the paper bag. They just said that’s how it comes.. I don’t care how it comes, I prefer not to have cheese everywhere. If I had the flip off emoji here I would use it. Love their subs, but when someone orders a melt, why isn’t it wrapped individually instead of thrown in a bag to stick to the paper and be a complete mess. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Disgusting.

Decided to make an online order. I checked both the app and google to confirm their business hours. Google said they closed at 7pm and the app said they closed at 8pm. With it being 5:50 pm I figured it would be ok to place an online order. I placed the order and it came back as failed on the app. Of course I was charged for the large order I placed. Now I have to go through corporate to get me money back and they are only running digital customer service. So most likely won’t get my money back anytime soon. With Subway being a franchised operation, you would thing the person/persons running the store would have the common courtesy to make sure their hours are correct both on google and with the corporate office to update on the app. This is beyond ridiculous. UPDATE YOU’RE HOURS!!!

Who manages this place? Waited 45 minutes for my online order because management doesn't know how to staff properly. There was one girl working by herself and they were busy. My order ended up being made wrong and all the bread was stale. The girl did apologize and gave us free cookies, i felt sorry for her and im not surprised my order was messed up. Management needs to get their act together.

Always have good sandwiches but I was disappointed that they didn't have any soup Available for dinner time. I came in at 6:30 and everything was taken down. I even asked if I could purchase it cold to heat at home and I was told no. I was told by the worker that they usually don't have soup during dinner time. I've worked at Subway and I've never heard of that. Well I definitely won't be back because I found a place that carries it till a decent time.
