My girlfriend and I decided to go to Tim Hortons for breakfast with a busy day ahead of us, I knew I needed some coffee. The food was definitely delicious and my coffee is great , however the customer service was very foul and displeasing considering it’s typically a place you start your morning at. I was serviced by a woman named Rachel who said she was the manager. She should do better as management of a company that caters to business oriented , tired moms & elderly people.

Went yesterday morning at 4:45am, got a large iced oat milk latte and a guacamole toast…they had to re make the order due to making it hot not iced (no problem wasn’t mad). Went today at 4:30am and ordered the same thing. Worker “oh we haven’t had that flavor all week” I explained how I got it yesterday and told the time and who was working etc. was called a liar. They’ve went down hill no wonder no one wants to go there. Rude employees…

This is usually my go to Tim Hortons.. but Sunday I was charged for the wrong order for 4.64, then they charged me for my actual order of 21.89. We were told that transaction of 4.64 would be canceled, but it still was charged to my account. It’s not a lot but still messed up they didn’t fix it. It’s not the time to be messing with peoples money!

The best Service/Quality of all the Tim Hortons out there.!... Always a long line, but it goes quick.. they always have everything I ask for!!

My grilled cheese is never cooked all the way when I come to this location! I get half cooked bread and unmelted cheese! Disgusting

The hash browns were rock solid. And when we asked for mayo on our sandwich, there wasn't any. The coffee didn't have any creamer like we asked and the line was out to the road. All around bad experience. Although the customer service was great. Beware of this store.

Very great place to eat in or drive through for hot fresh coffee or food. Nice polite workers always smile and many come here but the lines go fast. Probably the most busiest. Taylor. Ecorse rd
