Mcdonald's

They're super rude and disrespectful. I went through the drive through and ordered two ice cream cones.... To which to told me to pull up. I refused because it will melt. They got a huge attitude with me the the manager started telling me in an ordering voice to pull up. By the time all that exchange happened my cones were already coming out. I seriously wanted to fight that guy he was sooooo rude and ghetto talking to me as if I was nothing. I had my little kids in the car!!!! I was polite and maintained my composure but I will never come here again.

Absolutely the worst. Ordered DoorDash and they gave our order to the wrong customer and told the driver “we don’t have record of anything you’re supposed to pick up”. Driver argued for the food showing a receipt and still messed it up. 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a 20 piece nugget…and all we received was the nuggets. Don’t eat here, plain and simple.

I want to give a huge shout out to the young gentleman at McDonalds on Telegraph in Taylor. My granddaughter and I went through the drive through,(which was extreamly busy, after the Uncle Sam Jam, approximately around 11:30 p.m. He was so pressional, and handled this rush with such grace! Had a huge smile on his face, and told us to have a wonderful rest of the evening. It was so wonderful to have this kind of experience, especially after all the bad in this world now days. He definitely made our night complete. My granddaughter even noticed how well he handled himself. He's definitely a 10 in our book. It seemed as though he was the only one running everything as well. Kuddos to this young man. He deserves to be on the top of that pedestal and possibly a RAISE!! Keep up your work ethic!

This is SERIOUSLY the most hit and miss business you will find. Day shift makes the finest McDonald's you can buy. Toasted bread, 🔥 hot patties, melted cheese, and super fresh fries and mcnuggets.That manager needs to be commended and given a regional position to ensure more McDonald's work like this. If you decide to give night shift a try, you will get a filet o fish in a big mac container. I even called up there, and the nights manager was clueless. Best mcDs ever during the day, worst ever at night. The big Mac was for my daughter, and she got the filet of fish. STILL MAD!! Whoever runs night shift needs to go back to working the drive thru.

Fries were warm, and the milk shake was terrible I know things don't always look perfect but...... this was horrible I ordered a strawberry shake, and I am not sure what the other colors were at the bottom of the cup. Also had hair on the cup! Straight to the trash Yuck! They prepared another one but it was not mixed well so all I tasted was syrup.🤢🤢🤢🤮
