the food here is fresh and the drive through is pretty quick. But I don't usually get anything from here, cuz ever since they threw half of the menu in the trash I don't like anything they have. Don’t know what this Alex dudes problem is. every time i’ve gone it’s been accurate, fresh, and well prepared and amazing service. i don’t mind waiting a bit if it means my food is going to be peak quality. the management and staff is very very professional. not sure what this clown is talking about but i know if it was me running the store i wouldn’t allow this piece of work back for talking about the staff like that. just my two cents.

Came here and their drive through speaker was broken and there was a lot going on. They accidentally messed up my order given the circumstances but I just called to let them know and received the best customer service from Dominica. Not sure what her title is but if she’s not already a manager she needs to be promoted! She acknowledged the problem and explained without excusing it and offered a solution. The whole staff was honestly very friendly and kind. Great location.

I’m very upset. I had about $23 on my gift card, and now it says my balance is $0. The manager at this store gave me a number and said that there wasn’t anything else she could do. I called the number, and everyone kept on bouncing me around to other call centers. I feel like I was robbed as I come here often, and I can’t even be helped. Looks like you don’t value me as a loyal customer. I’m never supporting Taco Bell, or this lousy location for not helping me out. I bet this restaurant won’t even reach out to me because they don’t care about individual customers.

Employees were kind and fast, no issue with the staff. I give 3 stars because the new compostable/cardboard container for my nacho cheese made the cheese taste like a napkin 🤢 Compostable containers should not be used for hot food products, as it changes the taste of food. Change your containers back Taco Bell!

My God, if negative stars were possible, this place could recieve them. I came here just for some simple food. Nothing was cooked, cut, or prepared correctly. Wants to give substitutes without asking, only to find out they were being too lazy to drop hashbrowns in the fryer. Whoever the little girl is who thinks she's a manager, you're an absolute expendable asset. Your worth is no more than the dirt that gets washed off the floor.
