Went here based off positive reviews. Place appeared clean, server was excellent, food was amazing. Really delicious. This would of been a 5 star review with high recommendations to try it. Why wasn’t it? Well we are in the middle of a pandemic and Place is not following 50% capacity requirement, I watched the server wipe 3 tables and counter off all with same dirty rag, and then comes the silverware dumped on the counter wiped with dirty rag and rolled with no gloves. Seriously please take this seriously and try to take some precautions. Get a bottle of sanitizer and clean rags to clean tables, keep the silverware off of the unsanitary counter and wear gloves when rolling it, people are putting this in their mouth. Times have changed!!!! wipe down the condiments on tables with sanitizer after each table, I can’t believe I have to write this in a review. Since it’s all required by the health department to even be open. Clearly no one at this restaurant cares for your health. I personally will not return, and would not recommend to anyone concerned for themselves or their families health to eat here. Too bad other then that loved the place, hope you change this.

Excellent experience. I ordered a Hole In One breakfast. Three eggs over easy, home fries, two strips of bacon, two links of sausage and, a slice of breakfast ham and an extra order of hash browns. The special offers some variety; sampling of all three of meat options. The Bacon was crispy; not at all chewy , the sausage had a perfect grill sear, and the ham was fork tender. It was a generous portion of eggs and the consistency of the yolks were thick and sticky. very dippable for your toast and potatoes. The home fries were soft and salty. The hash browns had a satisfying crunch. During the short wait (less than 10 minutes) It was a pleasure to sit and eavesdrop on the old timers chatting about days of local past. I was greeted by every member of the staff. the decor is cool and eclectic. License plates like postcards from around the nation, local sports showcases, framed news articles, some small farm tools, and various other curios, exhibits, and oddities. The atmosphere has real personality. The only minor issue is there are no fountain drinks, so no free refills. But fresh coffee drips constantly. Ultimately it is a great little diner. Other recommendations from the menu include the Cali ChickenTacos, Texas Weiners, and of course their signature Bourbon Street Gumbo.
