They did have good service but they was extremely understaffed. But the guys really held it together & was acknowledging the customers ensuring to remind us they knew we were still waiting. Even if it was just simply saying "give me a moment I'll be right there". I was okay with that because I know that they didn't forget about me.
Came through to get lunch before lunch . Everything was fresh and my double cheese was still steaming fresh off the grill . Props to the team at Burger King on florida avenue and bush !! Keep up the good work 😁😁
I enjoy going to our neighborhood BK especially when we are greeted by the nice guy in the drive-thru. He is amazing and we get a laugh and good food every time we go and he's working.
This is probably one of the friendlier BKs I've been to. The staff are very nice and they always get our orders right!

The place was clean. Food was fresh but the staff was AMAZING. Paused and poised. Demitri is a ROCK STAR. He treated every customer like Absolute Gold! Very respectful, helpful and efficient.
Went through the drive through and I was greeted by a super sweet person. She was so personable, she nice and took her time to explain anything I had a question on. When I arrived to the window she greeted me with a big smile, asked me how my day was. When I went to the second window the manager was just as sweet. I would like to recognize Ms.Sonja and her manager.
I was assisted by Sylvester . I normally don’t dine in I must say this location was clean the staff were great no profanity used staff was professional and courteous to everyone who walked in. Overall great experience!!!
1st off, he is truly the King of Burgers! The employees are fantastically pleasant and professional; the Manager: MS. D is SO VERY sweet, kind & goes above and beyond to make your experience as great as possible. Very clean & run like a well oiled machine. Best Burger King in the area ... hands down!
This store #93 is 1 of 3 Burger Kings that I enjoy going to. The food is always at the right temperature whether hot or cold, it is clean, properly and freshly made. There are napkins, straws, cup covers and the necessary things stocked. The store inside and out is clean. The bathroom is very clean and has the necessary items.
I want to mention Gladys who goes above and beyond to keep the store clean. She personally cleans up after customers if warranted and responsibly addresses any issue created by customers. I didn't witness any created by staff/ crew members.
I also want to mention the polite young lady who opened the bathroom for me and the cashier/ crew member, Jaquan who took my orders.
This and the 2 other stores (1 that I frequently visit and now a new one I just started visiting) are representing the name Burger King very well.
