Service is always attentive and with a smile. A little slow if it gets busy though, I've only ever seen two people including the manager on the floor. They rate the spiciness on a 1-10 scale, 8 wasn't unbearable but it does catch up so be careful. We got in around 7pm and were the only table, they started getting busier as we were leaving. Not an expert in Indian cuisine but it's flavorful, consistent and always filling.
I’ve been to about 5 or 6 Indian restaurants in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. This is by far the most authentic and best tasting Indian food in the area. Indian food is probably my favor cuisine so I know what it should taste like. They use the right spices and are able to balance them in harmony. I had the Goat Biryani you could taste the cardamo, allspice, cumin, ginger, with a hint of cinnamon and other aromatics. The rice was fluffy and cooked to perfection with tender succulent pieces of goat that fell of the bone. In addition they had a good goat to rice ratio. I also tried the chili naan and it was also delicious. It came with a good portion of raita which was delicious but on the thinner consistency for my liking.
Delicious buffet. Not watered down for the buffet. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone. I've eaten there for dinner twice. One of the two best Indian restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.
I went last night with my girls and I think it was a decent experience . The food was yummy and our server was charismatic . Really can’t say anything negative about it . Would probably go back .

Enjoyed having dinner at Atithi Indian Cuisine this evening in New Tampa. Delicious food and Great service in a cozy place... Highly recommend Atithi for a variety of Dosas and other Vegetarian delicacies...
I tried a lot of Indian restaurants in Tampa Bay area, I go back to Tabula on a regular basis. I like their goat curry, chicken curry, egg plants dishes. Weekend buffet has more selections.
It is a really nice Indian restaurant. Ambiance is excellent. It remind me of India in terms of food . The correct balance of the spice level allowed us to enjoy all the dishes. All items have been surprisingly been excellent . We went multiple times and every time, we felt the same way.
Owners are very accommodating also to allergies and preference. You will not regret it if you are in the search of authentic indian taste

I am very SURPRISED of negative comments. People working here are very friendly and nice. We go there twice every week. The food is okay. Prices are cheap. We have been to Saffron Restaurant but the owner there has been very rude to us not once but several times. We stopped going there only because owner was very rude. I think people from other competing restaurants are giving bad reviews here. We like Tabla Indian Restaurant and we will continue to eat there. I have no idea why people gave bad reviews here.
Excellent food, one of the best Indian food for price buffets in the area. Regular and take our service has some timeliness issues and the decor isn't the best, but it's a great and accepting staff and environment for little kids who are harder to contain. Food options are from mild to spicy, so a little bit for everyone. Don't come right at open time for buffet since they're usually just getting the food out, but about a half hour in is perfect
