Freaky fast and delicious always! The staff is always friendly. When it's a quick lunch day, we always choose Jimmy John's! The new pasta salad is amazing! Love the club LuLu. Sandwich or unwiched! Delicious either way. Only wish they heated them but I guess that takes away from the freaky fast. Thanks Jimmy's for being my quick and always efficient sandwich option.

Ordered from them plenty of times for several years when I needed lunch at work. The food taste is pretty standard for a deli sandwich but they are always fresh, and the convenience is incredible. You can get delivery with just one sandwich (many places have a order minimum for delivery), and delivery can indeed be freaky fast. Sometimes I get notification of the delivery person arriving within 15 minutes of placing the order.
There have been a few issues after several years such as the occasional delay or missing item, but mishaps are not common and they often throw in complimentary chips when the order is late. Once I was missing my drink but the delivery person had come back with it before I could even call them. Service is certainly great, and food is good for what it is. Also, while the sandwiches may be standard their cookies are absolutely amazing and tea is really good.
If you're in need of a fast, simple lunch in the area it's definitely recommended.
My husband ordered sandwiches online, for right when JJ's opened on Labor Day morning -- when we arrived, our order was ready, the staff was friendly (and the sandwiches were exactly as ordered).
Very nice friendly service by the nice lady at the counter plus clean restrooms day of the visit 25 feb and time 942pm. Service with a smile and absolutely loved the food . Highly recommend anyone for the service and ambiance
ordered a large corporate order to a different location on accident and when I arrived 20 minutes prior to it, the staff was more than willing to take on the challenge and put together my order quickly and with quality. They were super friendly and completely sympathetic, I probably looked close to tears. Thank you so much guys!! Will definitely be catering for large meetings here in the future, even if they're last minute. :)

I must say that this place lives up to its reputation fot speed. When you walk in hungry, you have food in your hand in about 1 minute (most of thslat time spent being indecisive aboit their large menu). The food is almost instantly ready. I've always found then to have a clean, professional shop and the employees are always friendly. In all my visits, I've never had a complaint. Also, their menu is really great and ever-expanding. The food tastes great and is reasonably priced. I'm for sure a repeat customer, due to the speed and quality of their sandwiches.
Excellent service! My order was delivered within 15 mins. (This is one of the few times a JJs had been freaky fast.) The driver was super nice and my sandwich was made correctly. JJs can be inconsistent but this location seems to be one of the best. ;)
