Mario always delivers to the fanatics building and is always quick. One day they were running behind in which Mario gave me a heads up. Thanks for going above and beyond. Also Alexis was super helpful over the phone when I called in to check on the order status
Bree was absolutely professional and the best example for Jimmy John’s to follow. Fast, accommodating, and caring; all while taking care of three in-store customers, two phone calls, and no support. She was working the store alone.
Outstanding service that blew the S. Howard Ave store out of the water! Promote Bree immediately, and hire more help.

Quick and friendly service. The place is bright and clean with plenty of seating if you want to dine in. The parking is in the back which is nice since the front is on a busy street. The food is always consistently good.

Food quality JJ standard, they were however understaffed, with no one in shop ahead of me I was left waiting several minutes for my unwhich. Freaky slow from a usual JJ experience.
Will visit again in the future and hope they've staffed a bit better. Normally in shop is priority over delivery but it didn't feel that way.
Update: they had proper staff and everything was fast as usual!
Enjoy coming here, but we were disappointed during our visit this week to find that one employee was not wearing a mask. What’s more, this employee, who usually does deliveries, was working the cash register. I stood back for a moment, waiting to see if she would put on a mask, but she just stared at us somewhat defiantly until we walked up. She wasn’t exactly warm and fuzzy either.
I would suggest that everyone get on the same page. We all need to use good common sense, and it also sends the wrong message about an organization if people don’t follow the party line.

Jimmy Johns is always a great place to go when you are craving something fast and sort of in the realm of healthy. You can also get chips and soda and you can replace bread with lettuce on the outside for a healthier alternative. I have yet to have a problem at this location and would recommend to anybody.
We always order online before hitting the movies. It’s always good and ready to go. No complaints at all!
