Bartender was very attentive. Made me an Apple Martini with just the right kick. I ordered a Philly Roll. That was also very good. I enjoyed the vibe: music, drinks, food, friends, conversation with a few ladies at the bar. I had a great time there.

Thank you Gabriel for taking us on a food journey. My friend and I visited here on a Monday and told him (1) thing we wanted and allowed him to surprise us with the rest. Each item was spectacular, ambiance was great and the restaurant is very spacious. Easy parking and plenty cute photo ops. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday - perfect place for a work outing or lunch meeting. I will say GET THE WINGS and Ceviche!

I ordered the Volcano Roll and the Grilled Chicken With Mojo Sauce. My friend ordered the Grill Salmon. All of the dishes were fresh and delicious! Service was a bit slow considering we were only the two tables outside. Otherwise it was an enjoyable meal!

We attended this restaurant during Pride for an event and I was very impressed with the food and service. So impressed we decided to stay longer and enjoy the vibes well after the Sunday brunch ended. The unlimited mimosas was everything and the bartender Jancy was on fire 🔥 cause it was his birthday (Virgo season) so the drinks 🍹 had to be good and made to perfection. The lemon pepper wings was delicious. I love the outside patio. I will be back soon and this spot will be my new favorite place when I visit Tampa. They had some good hookah flavors. I was told Friday and Saturday nights has an amazing Vibe. I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you so much Island Bistro & Bar! This amazing place allowed me to host my baby shower late February and it was beautiful. The food was amazing, the owners and the host was so easy to work with and super nice, and we all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant/venue and plan on using them in the future.

My husband and I decided to go here for a last minute Valentine’s Day dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The vibe of the space is cute and the service was immaculate. The chicken with Caribbean sauce was FIRE. Phoebe was our server but we connected like friends by the end of the night; she was awesome! If you’re her boss & you’re reading this give her a bonus lol. She was very nice, with quick service & even took our pic for us, which she totally didn’t have to do so we greatly appreciated it! She recommended that we come back for karaoke night or brunch & because of her we will be back as loyal island bistro customers.

I recently visited this restaurant and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the bartender Crystal was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The drinks menu was also great, with a good selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. We ended up trying a few different drinks and they were all delicious. The standout feature for me, though, was the service. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making our experience a great one. He made great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch, and I can't wait to come back again.

My second time here. OUR FIRST TIME with a party of 5 was a blast on carribean night. Naomi our amazing server was on point 10/10. Coals for the guava hookah, food was amazing we did the empanadas again, ceviche. Do not recommend the dj that was there last night (we left early because the music was not enjoyable) not sure if he was having audio issues with the music cutting in and out and various volume changes within seconds. Also the sweet tea is a hard pass. For reference it tastes exactly like Ipecac 🤮 Will def return for the food, hookah, just on a night with another event/DJ

We went on a Friday night for the grown and sexy night. As soon as we arrived we hit the bar. The 2 girl behind the bar seemed new as they were slow and went in no order around the bar. Our server was bringing out food 2 plates at a time and the wings were ok. Nothing to write home about. One thing I can say is the music was great and the lady that was singing was outstanding.

I came out for the first time for a girlfriends Birthday, the Flawless Friday had a live music and Dj's. The experience was not perfect but, the drinks and chicken wings were good. Visiting from out of town I came in with my cousins they suggested you guys had some good food and wow they weren’t wrong! I loved the sushi thanks to Crystal for the recommendation it was tasty . Took a family trip out to the restaurant with family we had in town. We sat on the patio area which was nice. With the amount of people in our party we tried a variety of items from sushi to appetizers and sandwiches. All were good. The sweet Thai chili wings were very good. Brittany took good care of us. They had a DJ playing music and just good vibes all around. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Went to Italian Bistro yesterday with my best friend and had a great time. Our server Johnnie was amazing. He turned the fans on for us, kept the Mimosas coming and answered all our questions about the menu. Everything was delicious. The DJ was also amazing. It was a great day! Thanks Johnnie. 🙌🏾

Our first (and last) time in this restaurant. The service was poor. Slow, 2 iceteas without ice; he brought an empty ketchup bottle with frensfries, we had to ask for a full one. We had to ask for salt, too. The soup came after the main meals were brought, meals were mediocre ... but the worst of all ... there were no refills of iceteas, that we had not been warned about. So although we had meals, we found 4 iceteas on our bill, $3 each for a smnall cup of icetea. I am sure we will never go back and I do not recommend that place for anyone.

I came during the afternoon on a beautiful Sunday. Eric and Orlando were very attentive. The food is wonderful. I had calamari and some sushi which was delicious. Service was fantastic too. I highly recommend this place to others. It's right around the corner from me and is one of my go to places. Nice, casual, and outside to enjoy all this beautiful weather. I'll be back soon.

Don’t ever go to this place. The owner is absolutely rude and herrondus. Our order was not messed up once but twice. The second time, the owner came out with our order and started barking at us for the confusion that happened with our order not apologizing but barking. Next, as soon as my husband started explaining that it was still wrong and the meat was now very dry. The owner very rudely cut him off said that we are not to eat here and snatched the food away and walked off. I have absolutely never been mistreated in my life. I wish I can give this place no stars at all. My only regret is the poor waiter who tried to correct the situation but instead got reprimanded harshly from this horrible employer

So I give them four stars because the food and the atmosphere was great. Our waiter was very nice but the service was slow and we had to remind him a couple of times about certain items that we needed, like sweetener for tea. The restaurant wasn't very busy and I wondered if there was something that was distracting him. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and because the waiter was very nice we will definitely give it another chance. It may have been a one-off.

We loved it. Amazing place to spend a Friday night eating outside. The musician ( violinist) was absolutely fantastic. I had the gyro and it was delicious. The service was great as well. I tipped my server 100% of the bill because he brought my dog water and checked on us many times. Great experience!!!!

It was my first time at Fountain Bistro and I absolutely love it! Great gourmet food prepared by one of the best Mediterranean cousins chefs. My favorite was falafel with sauce and bread and salad. Also love the atmosphere and ambiance of restaurant and it's convenient location right in the heart of south Tampa

Bartender added extra tip to my card when i checked my card statement. $19 for two mojitos and $4 tip I signed for should not show up as a $28 charge. Same thing happened to the person I was with. Poor integrity here.

the worst place ever, service is really bad. We ( 4 adults and 3 kids ) went on Saturday night ( they are supposed to be ready, it weekend ) we spent 2 hours before we receive the first plate we ordered ( it's ok, no problem it's an appetizer ) then 15 minutes later we received an other plate, so we refused we need all the food together ( we ordered about 9 different plates ) then the waitress start arguing we are top busy and can't serve all of you. 25 minutes later she brought 5 plates all are the wrong orders :) !!!!!! And the first plate that she brought is COLD ... I told her I need to talk with the manager.. 2 minutes later and someone came to me and he told us he's the owner, first reaction from the owner If you want to leave go ahead.. we don't want to serve you we are too busy today... what's your problem now? I was shocked he asked us to leave, then asked about our problem ?????!!!!!!!!!! Definitely we left.. I came back to get our baby stroller, I went to the waitress to ask her WHERE is the stroller and she answered me "GO FIND IT YOURSELF"
