The reason I can't give this a five-star is because when we walked up to the window the young lady that was working there was just sitting on top of the countertop in the back on her phone and took her a moment to come to the front. Not very sanitary. The food was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $22 for two single scoops and a strawberry shortcake. Also, it would be nice if the menu was a little more clear outside on the windows. It's just really jumbled up with almost too many options.

I'm definitely a fan of Cold Stone more but this ice cream is decent. Very creamy. If you want to compare prices to portions though you definitely get more for your buck going to Cold Stone. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but I did like it, and even though I don't have kids they have free cones for children (goes by height).

Have visited numerous times over the past 5 years, and each time I've gone has been phenomenal. I will say, I've noticed the scoop portions have gotten disappointingly smaller in recent months. Maybe due to new ownership? However, their ice cream is delicious, made fresh on-site daily & easily better than other places, and their shakes are my favorite of any I've ever had. Their service is prompt and very courteous, as well. Yes, the cost is a bit pricey, which when combined with shrinking portion sizes is concerning, but overall, Bruster's Ice Cream is nearly perfection.

There was a long line and everybody ended up leaving happy Abby is a worker needs needs to be recognized for what she does, how she handles the pressure of a long line and still smiles no matter that she’s by her self and under so much pressure! I keep going back! They have the best homemade ice cream you will find in the area. I drive over 20 miles for their ice cream, but it is so worth it! I have never had a pistachio ice cream as good as theirs. I have not had a bad ice cream flavor from Bruster's at all Every time I go, I try a new flavor, but I always come home with pistachio as well! It cannot be compared to store-bought ice cream ever! New favorites for 2022, Jamaican Me Crazy & Caramel Apple Crunch.

Ice cream is smooth and flavorful. I can't comment on the portion sizing, but will say the 2 scoops are enough for a small size. Customer service was quick, too, as it was nice and empty- 3 customers- when I arrived there.

Great ice cream menu. Staff was patient and courteous. My children enjoyed the banana split that was half off on Thursday when you bring your own banana. Outside seating only that could use a little updating but we enjoyed the overall experience.

Not a big ice cream fan here, but this place is great to take the family. A nice, small sitting area on the side is convenient, but close to the driving path, so you've really gotta keep an eye on the kids and dogs. That's right, dogs too are welcome here with free (as of currently) dog cones with a regular order. Parking is usually pretty good, but on a hot weekend evening, you might be spot hunting for a few minutes in this Plaza.

What a great place to take the kids! Its unlike all of the chain places, and feels like where my dad took us on those hot New Jersey summer nights. The first sip of my vanilla malted immediately took me back 45 years. Seeing my dad take my kids here (my boy and girl are the same age separation of me and my sister) is like watching a time machine. Wonderful memories virtually brought to life as I watch my dad laughing with them as they enjoy their cones. Just love this place.

Mango dragon fruit is by far the best sorbet I have ever had the delight to try. On of my favorite things to eat! The staff is just wonderful as well.

New owners who no longer honor the Brusters specials that we all used to enjoy plus they don't honor the punch cards or the gift cards from the gift baskets that we won at charity auctions. They still employ the local high school kids which is about the only good thing they do; but the kids have been told to make much smaller scoops. Bruster has become a high priced ice cream rip off, soon to go the way of those that have priced them selves out of the ice cream market. I wont be taking the kids there for their last day of school treat or ever again. Happy Cow here we come!

The amount of ice cream you get for the price is a joke, not worth the money. Ordered 3 scoops of ice cream in a waffle bowl which they consider to be large and it didn't even fill the bottom of the bowl. Won't be back

Not up to "Brusters" standards. Brusters isn't cheap, but I was okay with the price, because the quality was great and the portions were huge, so I always had leftovers. This Brusters must not be corporately owned, because the portions are minuscule, but the prices are still high. Service is not friendly either. It feeks like an imposter Brusters.

As a long-time fan of Bruster's, I thought I'd treat myself. Nothing like a 32 oz handmade banana shake on a hot FL day. .
Now...it cost $5.89 + tax. Yeah, pricey, I know. BUT... when it comes to shakes, I don't count pennies or skimp on quality.
So, the first thing I noticed... the staff looks different. Okay, people move on no big deal.
Next, it was definitely a MILK...shake...with a hint of banana. MILK should be in a bigger, bolder font, to accurately describe it.
That was THE thinnest...I've ever had...in my shake-filled life! The mother of ALL thin shakes.
If you like iced milk...slightly slushie...weak on flavor...then this is the one for you!
Brusters...for $6, quit being so FN chintzy! Teach your staff how to make a damn Shake! Better yet, I hope you don't change.

We use to love this Brusters and have been customers for years. We went today and when asked to sign my credit card slip the ice cream fell out of my cone. The owner actually wanted me to pay for a new one! Seriously!? She said "it wasn't her mistake". Obviously, but give me a break! We will never be back! What horrible customer service!
