We love Brusters! Lots of choices on the menu. Great tasting ice cream.... Fast and friendly service. Love that they give our dog a special treat when we bring her :)
Best ice cream flavors. Super quality. Always something new to try.
The reason I can't give this a five-star is because when we walked up to the window the young lady that was working there was just sitting on top of the countertop in the back on her phone and took her a moment to come to the front. Not very sanitary. The food was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $22 for two single scoops and a strawberry shortcake. Also, it would be nice if the menu was a little more clear outside on the windows. It's just really jumbled up with almost too many options.
I'm definitely a fan of Cold Stone more but this ice cream is decent. Very creamy. If you want to compare prices to portions though you definitely get more for your buck going to Cold Stone. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but I did like it, and even though I don't have kids they have free cones for children (goes by height).
Have visited numerous times over the past 5 years, and each time I've gone has been phenomenal. I will say, I've noticed the scoop portions have gotten disappointingly smaller in recent months. Maybe due to new ownership? However, their ice cream is delicious, made fresh on-site daily & easily better than other places, and their shakes are my favorite of any I've ever had. Their service is prompt and very courteous, as well. Yes, the cost is a bit pricey, which when combined with shrinking portion sizes is concerning, but overall, Bruster's Ice Cream is nearly perfection.
Abby was by her self, taking orders and making ice cream’s. There was a long line and everybody ended up leaving happy Abby is a worker needs needs to be recognized for what she does, how she handles the pressure of a long line and still smiles no matter that she’s by her self and under so much pressure! The So much kindness and confidence, wonderful young lady, keep it up, bright future is awaiting for U! Thanks for the yummy ice cream! 😊
This place is a must visit for any ice cream lover in the zephyrhills area! Can’t beat that southern banana puddin. Great customer service every time we visit.
I keep going back! They have the best homemade ice cream you will find in the area. I drive over 20 miles for their ice cream, but it is so worth it! I have never had a pistachio ice cream as good as theirs. I have not had a bad ice cream flavor from Bruster's at all Every time I go, I try a new flavor, but I always come home with pistachio as well! It cannot be compared to store-bought ice cream ever! New favorites for 2022, Jamaican Me Crazy & Caramel Apple Crunch.

Great ice cream. Decent sizes but a little on the pricey side. This is great for the occasional treat.
Ice cream is smooth and flavorful. I can't comment on the portion sizing, but will say the 2 scoops are enough for a small size. Customer service was quick, too, as it was nice and empty- 3 customers- when I arrived there.
Awesome customer service. My Strawberry shortcake sundae was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
