Dear Chick-fil-a,
Hi, it's me, Carl! I wanted to write you a review to demonstrate my pure and unadulterated commitment to your chicken sandwich. I find myself throughout the week daydreaming about that little red and white pouch of joy, the beautiful agony of its simplicity... it's almost beyond words. I salivate at the thought of those warm, gluten free buns... watching with my mind's eye as I pour gallons of polynesian crack sauce onto that perfectly fried piece of chicken and gingerly consume the entire sandwich at a sensual pace. After a meal, I am reminded of how the families of WW2 soliders must have felt when they heard their men were coming home or how a mother feels after looking into the eyes of her newborn child.
You really are able to deliver the full package, Chick. Can I call you Chick? I am wholeheartedly committed to your brand and will viciously berate anyone that tries to compare those slop servers at PDQ as even being comparable to your majesty.
This brings me to the main thesis of this email. Being so committed to you, what am I getting out of it? Other than the delicious sandwich, shake, and lemonade at a very reasonable price.
Some of my more liberal friends find that your restaurant's views can be controversial and short sided. I'm always quick to defend my favorite brand, sometimes at the expense of a personal relationship. I want to stay committed to you, my love. But I need some love too.

I love this chik-fil-a! Yesterday I went there with my two small children and when we got our fries, they were a little cold so I simply asked for fresh ones and they were very apologetic and immediately gave us fresh ones. The staff is more than friendly and the service is always on point, even when they are busy! Thank you chik-fil-a! You guys are GREAT! - Sincerely The Figueroa Family!
Chick-fil-A has a knack for hiring great employees. Super character leads to great service at this store. The food is expensive now however and many families will either skip it or limit the number of trips and share more. This store is nice inside and always kept clean although all the hard surfaces make it quite loud at times. A nice place and decent food when you just don't have time your too tired to cook or just have a craving!
Great food. New milk shake (caramel crunch) was amazing!
Look. If you don't like Chick-fil-A, you don't have a place in heaven. By the way. They are animal friendly. Your chicken sandwich had a good life before she landed on your plate. Can I get a amen!

I love chick-fil-a. On this particular day as I approached the employee to took my order there was a gentleman possibly a manager speaking with her in regards to another order that she had previously taken. I felt that as I approached he wasn’t being professional about the situation because I as the customer should not have overheard the conversation that was taking place. The employee couldn’t even acknowledge me because he was still talking about the situation at hand. Once he was finally finished she acknowledged me and was very polite and respectful. She took my order and followed all the proper procedures that chick-fil-a requires their employees to do. She asked my name. She repeated everything back to me down to the sauce and count. She took my app and payment and told me to have a great day and that it was her pleasure. Before I drove away I spoke with her about what I overheard be as I informed her I myself have worked at 3 different chick-fil-a locations so I know firsthand what she was going through. Like I told her I felt that she was doing a great job and to keep up the good work because sometimes you can do everything right and people will try to make it seem like you didn’t do your job correctly. Ex. You can ask people if they need any sauce or condiments and they will tell you no then once they’ve gotten their order now they want or need sauce and/or condiments now the person that took their order looks bad and it’s not fair. The gentleman that was speaking with her could have pulled her to the side and spoke with her about the situation instead of doing it where customers could hear it’s very unprofessional. I wish that I would’ve gotten both his and her name but I was more concerned about how she felt because I’ve been in her shoes.
Just reopened & it is fine, we go here becuz it is right across the street from place where we live & i am loving that, it is also not as busy as the other chick-fil-a's. It's like our own hidden gem on Bearss ave🤭

Convenient CFA with polite staff & overall quick service. Use the CFA app to order ahead & to receive rewards! Easy in/out location. I love their iced tea & spicy chicken sandwiches. A+

I can’t say anything wrong about this Chick-fil-A, newly remodeled and looks amazing it seems like they even updated their employees which are really professional and very helpful.
Always good and fast, too bad chick is also loaded with stuff that should not be in our food! Probably done with fast food. Seems there all trying to get and keep us sick.
Ordered their new spicy grilled chicken sandwich. It was great, especially with the cilantro lime sauce. I wish if it was not a limited-time sandwich.
Chick-fil-A is the most consistent, friendly, and 😋 restaurant there is. I always know what I'm getting from them.
