My fiancée and I decided to find a random spot to eat lunch. Place we have never been to. So we decided on The Bungalow. This place has great service, great food, great live music, and just an all around great atmosphere. The menu is kinda small so don’t expect a lot of choices there. But then again, that was kinda nice not having to decide between multiple entrees. They have a wide variety of beers and brews from local brewery’s and a Bloody Mary bar. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!
The food was out of this world. We got the mozz sticks, the fried deviled eggs, side Mac n cheese, steak bowl with brown rice a caprese panini, and chicken tenders and fries for the kids. Not a single complaint everything was sooooooo good. The owners Debbie and Steve are such amazing people! Highly recommend if in or around Tampa !
Near downtown Tampa. Great food in a casual atmosphere. Lots of outdoor seating. Offstreet parking available. Went with a group of almost 20 and they were able to seat us. Food came out quickly even though restaurant was very busy. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. We will be back!
Great atmosphere. Casual. Brunch specials are good. The mimosas for 5. Huevos rancheros were great. The breakfast Cuban was 👌
Great atmosphere - fun tiki-style patio that is also dog friendly. Good food and selection of beach-inspired cocktails. Live music on occasion on the patio as well.
I have eaten here twice- the food was stellar both times! Atmosphere is laid back, prices fair, service good 😃
Great place for family and you can bring your pet. Check out the doggie menu. Yummy salads and wraps. Food and drinks are great.
Delicious food. Cozy atmosphere. Flavored mimosas-yum! They had a bloody Mary bar which looked amazing but not my thing. The best crab cakes I've ever had in my life! I have tried and tried to like crab cakes from many different places to no avail. I would order these over and over again.
The Bungalow is a great chic restaurant/bar. The prices are affordable and the drinks...amazing! They also do bottomless mimosas during the weekends. The staff are also friendly and very responsive.
I won’t take a star off, but management has got to do something about the restroom; the toilet seat is just really bad. And I don’t think it even costs that much money to install a new one.
Besides that, it’s all good!
Food was really good, but service was questionable. There really was only one other indoor table seated while we were there on a Monday dinner, so I'm not sure why our server seemed so rushed and forgetful. We had to ask many times for water refills and rounds of drinks, even though the server stopped by regularly, these things were frequently forgotten.
Menu options were cool and everything was delicious, though, so I'd definitely go back for a meal, as long as it is a night where I have the time to wait.
Great food and loved the atmosphere. Our server was very nice and helpful. Kids menu offered a good variety and the drinks were really good. Would recommend a better craft beer selection with local Tampa and Dunedin beers.
Service was excellent - Shawn did a great job of handling the requests & special orders of our small group and keeping our drinks filled, which is always important! Loved the atmosphere - laid back, comfortable, like being in someone's living room, which it was at one time - a repurposed historic home. Food was average, not exceptional. If you like hot and spicy food, you'll be disappointed. Overall an enjoyable experience. Gluten free options include rice bowls, salads, and non-battered chicken wings (though they may be fried with gluten foods - you should ask before ordering if you are highly sensitive). Sandwiches seem to be their specialty, but no gluten-free bread or lettuce wrap options are available.
