We enlisted the expertise of the Tampa Bay Food Truck Association for our Wedding April 27, 2019 in Land O' Lakes, FL. Open Fire Grilled Brazilian is 1 of nearly 30 Food Trucks in the association and we selected 2 of their trucks for our menu due to their impeccable food! This truck provided an array of picanha, chicken, and veggies that rightfully earned ample amounts of compliments! The steak was tender and seasoned perfectly, the chicken was incredible, and the sides kept guests coming back for more! I wish I had words for the quality of food this truck delivers! Chef Cesar should be commended for his culinary techniques, passion for excellence, and superb customer service! We love your food and can't wait to enjoy it again!
Absolutely love their food and the portions are so huge!! Both their chicken and steak are full of flavor!! Highly recommend giving them a try. Their plantains are also to die for!! Best ever!! Miss them immensely since covid has changed their locations. They're never nearby anymore!! We miss them in Clearwater so much!!!
Best food truck ever! No exageration, their steak platter is my favorite meal. Make sure to add on the plantains! I was so upset when they moved from their semi-permanent location behind Citrus Park mall. My wife suggested I look them up on Instagram and I was able to track them down at a housing community off Route 54 in Odessa. They move all around now. Check their website/instagram to find them. It will be worth it. Plus, the owners are super nice.
This place is amazing! Large portions, reasonable prices and the best, most distinctive flavors this side of the Panama Canal. I go out of my way to patronize this establishment every week! Highly recommend!
These guys never disappoint! Had their food for lunch again today and it was AMAZING. The chicken was juicy and full of Brazilian flavor and the rice and beans were delicious, especially with their pico de Gallo which is always super fresh.

The Truck came out to cater our work event. The service was great and the food was amazing. If you find yourself at a truck rally stop by, you will not be disappointed!
