In the morning, I was in search of a coffee house and decided to check out Sips Speciality Coffee House. The cafe is beautifully decorated with Halloween-themed decor, and it's cozy and inviting. For my order, I chose to have a Cafe Hot Mocha, a Hot Chocolate, a Bagel with Cream Cheese, and a slice of Pumpkin Bread. The service was quick, and I received my order in less than 5 minutes. Both the Hot Mocha and Hot Chocolate were freshly brewed and tasted delicious. The Bagel with Cream Cheese was heavenly, and the Pumpkin Bread was also good. I appreciate that the cafe offers various coffee options, and the servers were kind, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Overall, I had a great experience at Sips Speciality Coffee House.
On my way back home from a Hindu temple, I felt like having a cup of coffee. I searched for coffee places on my way and found Sips Speciality Coffee House.
I decided to make a quick stop at Sips Speciality and was impressed by the beautiful decor inside the coffee house. After looking at the menu, I chose to order the HazelNut coffee and the Sips Mocha Coffee.
The service was prompt, and my order was ready within minutes. I savored my Sips Mocha coffee, and it was delightful with freshly brewed coffee. Every sip was refreshing and enjoyable.
My wife also loved her hazelnut flavored mocha coffee. It was a refreshing breakfast for her, and she thoroughly enjoyed it.
Overall, Sips Speciality is an amazing and beautiful coffee place, and I highly recommend it.
Absolutely gem of a place for coffee lovers. Been there multiple times and tried variety of coffee, muffins, cream cheese, brownies and was never disappointed. Orange cranberry and double chocolate muffin are my personal fav. They have quite a number of options for a small cafe. I always wait for the pumpkin season of pumpkin spice latte here. Not a lot of place to sit as it pretty small cafe.
Service is quick and efficient. staff is always welcoming and cheerful.
I love this coffee shop because the coffee is always on point. The girls that work here are always cheerful and friendly. They are also very fast when it comes to fulfilling your order. I love that they have a drive thru. The coffee, whether hot or cold, is always perfect. Starbucks who?
A small coffee shop with a fantastic value. Inside seating is very bare bones, with a "fake grass aesthetic", but the food and coffee more than make up for it. The bread on my sandwich and croissant were soft on the inside, crunchy on the out as if it was just made today (unsure if it actually is). The coffee itself was great, with options for sugar free, oat milk, or extra flavor shots, it's easy to get something you want and can enjoy.
Customer service was efficient and kind to us, giving plenty of time to observe the menu and order what we wanted even though it was our first time.
Will be planning to come back here with friends as a chill spot for sure.
My absolute FAVORITE place for coffee!
I’ve been coming here for years and my fave drink is a “frozen turtle with 2 additional espresso shots, no whip” and it’s made perfect every time!
This was our 2nd visit and we are so happy to finally have a small, cute coffee place to visit on the weekends. They have so many flavors & fun ideas that we will be trying the menu for awhile. Not to mention they have a TON of milk alternatives for people who are vegan or have allergies. They also offer alot of SF flavors for other dietary restrictions. The bagel sandwich we ordered was simple but actually fresh & tasty.
Not to mention the staff have been so accommodating & friendly. Please make a stop in & support this small business! We have so many subpar Dunkins & Starbucks, Sips is so much better & still comparable in price.
First time here and it's absolutely delicious! Such a fun menu with tons of variety! We ordered the Jamaican and the Tiramisu - both frozen which was perfect for a warm, sunny Florida day!
Moist baked goods and great coffee! We got double chocolate muffins, coffee cake, and a cranberry orange muffin. All the baked goods were fresh and moist. They were a good portion too. I had English toffee iced latte, it was yummy. Their specialty iced sips mocha (white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle) was delicious too! Very happy with the coffee and the food. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely going back!
We went through the drive-thru since we had our dog with us. There was an outside order taker. She was so nice and helpful with our first time being there! She even offered our dog the pupcup, small whipped cream with a milk bone in it. Coffee was delicious! I got a Hot Sips Latte and my husband had a Hot Cappuccino. Highly recommended stopping by!
